When i first signed up to home unity, I couldn't fault their internet services. However for the last 6 months the services I pay (what i would consider a decent amount of money) for is not what i would expect from them. I've had inconsistent Internet speeds, consistent drop outs for 2 hours+, a considerable price increase in my monthly payment and sub par customer service. When I first signed up I was paying £50 flat a month. I'm now paying close to £65 for worse internet than at the start. I can't say I would recommend this company as star link (my new provider) is only £8 a month more than what the current rate is for home unity, its consistent speeds, customer service that is reliable and no increase in charges for staying with them

Initially the service did not go live on the date it was due to the new home developers having not wired the fibre to the property not the fault of Homeunity but I then dealt with Leanne who was amazing. She chased everyone and everything and got it sorted with a pleasant manner and excellent customer service. Give her a wage rise 😊 Thanks again 😊
