DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IT’S A FRAUD! Never mind puzzles are outrageously expensive! I was sold a puzzle that had the exact same missing puzzle piece on 2 separate occasions. Supposedly a 3rd puzzle is going to be shipped after they make sure that all the puzzle pieces are included so that I can complete my puzzle. I’ve yet to receive it. They refused to reimburse me because it was over the 60 day return policy. I wasn’t aware I should be penalized for their selling defective puzzles. Not to mention the lack of communication & extremely poor customer service! Try White Mountain Puzzles for 1/2 the price!

This company is based in China and they are a total SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. Their listed customer service phone number just rings and rings. No customer service and no voicemail. In my experience, I place the order back in July and after 2 weeks started checking on my order which, for the following 2 weeks, said the order was "Processing." They already charged my credit card and took my money. They claimed they sent the package but I never received it.

I have a German Shepherd and loved the look of this unique puzzle and didn't really mind paying more than I ever had for a puzzle. I waited forever to get this puzzle, about 1 1/2 months when I received it was very disappointed by the quality. It was cheap,flimsy cardboard that was separating the colored part of the pieces from the bottom ,and pieces do not fit together properly. It is yet to be seen whether or not all of the pieces are in the box, although the packaging was good and the pieces were in a zippered bag that came with a picture of the finished product. I will hope for the best. I would not, I repeat,, WOULD NOT recommend buying from this company ever!!!!

I ordered a Boxer puzzle in May, in June I received my puzzle but it was not the correct one. I’ve been back & forth w/ “Alice” for months & honestly felt like she was calling me a liar. Sent pics of the puzzle & box w/ no success. Last week I decided to try again & I was lucky & reached another customer service rep. I sent the pic of the puzzle & was notified the next day, yes it was an error on their end. Two days ago They offered to send me the correct puzzle or refund my money. I opted for a refund and my money was back in my account this morning. Thank you Homewix, you’ve renewed my faith in your company.

This company is not even worth one star. Have had the same experience as other reviews. So disappointed. Puzzle so cheap for the price and just had a paper picture for the puzzle. Total scam!!!!! Never written a bad review before for a company. So upset because it was suppose to be a gift and too embarrassed to give.

DO NOT BUY FROM COMPANY, ITS A JOKE. You can't return anything even though they send you the wrong item. Or they want you to send it back to China which would cost more than the $40.90 I paid for this puzzle, and the U.S. is not shipping outside of the U. S. at this time. In addition, when they contact you they continually ask for pictures of the item which i have sent numberous time.

Horrible, and funny same exact wording on what few and far in between emails I got from ALICE

Ordered a 500 piece puzzle in April, got it mid June (yes 3 months, despite it saying it was in stock, and shipped from Georgia)

It was in a generic "sweater" box, with a print taped on top. It was matte (not glossy like website pictures) and so faded it looked like the sun bleached it and lacked color.

Takes 2 weeks to get a generic response from Alice, she keeps asking for pictures(which I've sent twice)

Going in circles, and getting nowhere.

I've never been so disappointed ever by a purchase.
My last request has been for a 50% refund, it's not even worth that but I want to be done and move on (since we're almost at 5 months now!)

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a puzzle to go to my sister as a gift. The delivery was a month late & delivered to a wrong address. They forgot to put the unit number on it. It was then stolen. They wouldn't refund my money unless I sent a confirmed loss certification. The Post office has no such form so they sent me a picture of the package as delivered clearly showing the incorrect address which I sent to them. I am still fighting to get my money back.

Do not purchase anything from Homewix unless you want to throw your money down the toilet. I ordered two puzzles from them on May 4, 2020. Their website stated the products were in stock and orders shipped quickly from the US. Three weeks later, I still hadn’t received my order and nor did I receive a shipping tracking number. I emailed customer service (couldn’t find a contact number) and asked about my order. I also explained that I would be moving the middle of June and wouldn’t have purchased/ordered anything if I had known it was going to take well over a month and half to arrive. I kindly asked them for either a refund or to change my shipping address. A few days later, I get an email from ‘Alice’ with a tracking number. I checked the tracking number which stated the products are being processed for shipping from China. I emailed ‘Alice’ back and stated what I had said in the first email. Again, days later I get a response apologizing for the delay, that my ordered has shipped, and a refund can not be given. Emails have now been exchanged back and forth for almost 2 months. I provided my new mailing address and at one point, ‘Alice’ stated a new order had been shipped to my new location. She provided a different tracking number. I felt very grateful and replied as much. Two days later, I realized the tracking number was not correct. Again, I sent an email stating all of the above. Days later, ‘Alice’ apologized and said my package is in its way. I replied and clearly stated I was informed a new ordered was being shipped and informed her that I was very disappointed in the companies unethical business practices and misleading (straight up lies) in regards to fast shipping from the US. This morning, I received an email from ‘Alice’ apologizing for my negative experience and asked if I received the product. Ummm....no. I ordered it almost 3 months ago and I moved across the country. Buyer beware, this is a horrible company. I’ve never had such a poor experience with a company before and I’m very disappointed to say the least. I’ve never written a bad review before either. :(

I purchased the 500 piece Jewish-themed puzzle. When it arrived, it was different than the one I ordered. I wrote to the company, and similar to another reviewer, I was asked to send all kinds of pictures showing them that I had, in fact, received the wrong puzzle. A few days later I received an email from "Alice" who apologized and said that the puzzle I ordered would be sent out immediately. A week or so went by and I asked for a tracking number. The company send me a BOGUS NUMBER!!! Alice told me on July 9th that they were sending me out a new puzzle, so how could it have arrived at my zip code, mind you, not my address, on June 20th!! I wish I had read the reviews first! I similarly was screwed by another company when I bought the US Postage Stamp Love Puzzle. Buyer Beware!!!

Like almost everyone here, I purchased a defective puzzle and have not been able to get Homewix to respond to my request to return the item for a refund. I am going to go through my credit card company.

This is a follow-up to the review I posted about Homewix on June 30, 2020. I was hopeful that this review would be better than the first one that I wrote. Unfortunately, It is not. I am still waiting for a $50 credit card refund or a replacement puzzle for the defective puzzle that I originally received. After several back and forth unproductive emails to Alice at Homewix, she asked me to send photos of defective pieces. I emailed photos of groups of defective pieces right away. Alice wrote that now she needs more information! Absurd! The company obviously has no plans to refund my money or send me a new puzzle. What a horrible experience and a waste of my time.

Don't buy from this company!! Returns are impossible!!
They don't offer a phone number, only an email. They respond with "Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff", but you will not hear back from them. Email them again and receive the same response. Don't waste your money!!

Total sham, rip-off etc. Stay away.

I am so upset with this place, I am still trying to get either a refund or some of my cash back. I ordered a 1000 Piece puzzle and clearly recd a 500 piece puzzle , this is the response i keep getting from Customer service Alice Alice (Homewix)

I sent her a picture of my receipt and their packaging of the there mistake and I still have not heard back. Again I tried 3 times to contact and i keep getting this alice girl. I even asked for a manager to get back to me

I was so looking forward to piecing this Cute puzzle together! It’s Thee worst puzzle I’ve ever received, (let alone one of the most spendy)and I’ve done quite a few 1,000 piece ones. It took very long to receive, came from China, and every piece is cut the exact same...horrible, impossible...Beware!!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. They are a SHAM. They do not have a telephone number to contact them and emails get little response. The puzzles are flimsy affairs and took FOREVER to come. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I see that there are only negative reviews written about these puzzles however; my experience has been a positive one. True, the puzzle did arrive in a smaller low profile box however, all of the pieces are contained in a reuseable, zip-top plastic bag which I liked. I also like how the box is smaller and compact, which means it's easier for me to store. There were several pieces that were already connected upon opening, I hardly see that as a reason to complain, I see that as a bonus. In addition, the pieces definitely were not flimsy. They are smaller pieces and not as thick as some other puzzles that I have, however; they do not peel apart and they do not bend easily so they are just fine in my book.

Save your money. Ordered 3 beginning of May and have not received. Multiple emails to them and asked refund. No refund. So I am having to work through PayPal and they have not responded to them either.

First off, your jigsaw puzzle are absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately I did not like the puzzles because of the shape after receiving three of them.

I tried contacting Homewix.com and I received an email stating they are looking into my order, but never have responded. I wish to return the 3 puzzles I received and cancel my last order of 4 puzzles which hasn't shipped.

Your refund policy states...
"Customer can return the product within 30 days of delivery for full refund or exchange, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact our Customer Service to get the return address before you make any decision. We will NOT take any responsibility for any return package without confirmation letter or notice from us."

It is totally impossible to complete the border, let alone the puzzle.

The reason why I am want to return all puzzles is that there is no way to determine what piece goes next to the next piece because the puzzle pieces fit in more than one place. Also the border pieces are not only similar in shape, but the colors are identical to even complete the border. Unfortunately, they are not what I expected.

Then today, I received a Messenger text from Puzzles for Life, which I read which was totally absurd!

"Hi, After checking with our factory, we noticed that because this is the border, the pieces will be the same. We're so sorry that this item cannot be returned.
We have sent you a complete sample of your puzzle, could you please look into it and make yours? We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you so much for your patience."
