Jakub is truly the best electrician I’ve ever come across! I needed a whole fuse box replaced, along with some other electrical repairs and he was brilliant! Always on time, very hard working (didn't even stop for a lunch break), very polite, always cleaned up after himself and very trustworthy! I’ve already passed his details onto friends and family, and will continue to do so. I highly recommend him, and if you ever need anything done to do with your electrics he is 100% your man!!

Our Bathroom Extractor fan had died and needed replacing. I explained to Jakub what the issue was and sent pictures over WhatsApp. He came and replaced the fan which he did a lot quicker than I thought it would take. He was very polite and knowledgeable.
He gave me advice that I wouldn't have learned from the internet and gave me tips on how to maintain the fan for the future. Really pleasant and respectful as a professional worker.

All my 1/F lighting had been out and i explained the situation to Jacob over the phone. He understood my urgency and came within 1 hour. He then fixed the lighting in 15 min and helped to connect my new towel radiator at a very competitive price. He is helpful and responsible. Highly recommended!

Jakob spent a lot of time with us at the beginning when we were planning the work and made lots of great suggestions on things that we could do differently, taking into account his experience, cost, regulations and finished look. We were living / working at home whilst the work was being done and the team were extremely tidy, patient and sensitive to our family needs. I use electricians quite often, so I think I am well qualified to provide a review on this subject. I find that if the planning is not done then when works starts materiel is missing or there is some element of the job that has not been accounted for and a delay inevitably ensues. Jakub is always thinking ahead and, having used them a few times now, this has never ever happened. Without this planning costs are bound to increase, but whilst the rates are perfectly reasonable, Jakub ensures that there are no hidden costs, so it actually works out cheaper, and with less stress, than getting an inferior electrician on a cheaper rate – so it’s less money for a better job, why anyone else? I literally can’t fault any aspect of his work or approach, for example quality, reliability and punctuality are all 100%. He also has an encyclopedic knowledge of the current regulations and of the latest electrical products. Another plus is that paperwork is always delivered promptly and correctly, which is essential for rented properties. Thank you Jakub.

Superb prompt professional quality service. Cannot recommend Jacob highly enough. We had a water leak that damaged electrical wiring and sockets. He made it safe and returned to make it properly installed which clearly the installer had never done. Advice is given very well and he listens to the customers needs too
