Money taken for COC certificate. Two months later, no communication and impossible to contact. I’m beginning to think this is a scam site. It’s common with these vehicle certificate sites.

Well, what to say.. a giantic automotive group..they ask about 250€ for the CoC-Duplicate, which is compared to other companies quite a lot..but ok, you need this perhaps once in the car-lifetime. So you make an order, pay it, get one email confirmation. and then you wait. and wait. and wait. 45 days as promised? no..in my case 70 days (delivery FR->DE). no tracking, no automatic announcement of dispatching...you just sit, wait and hope more than 2 months, that that piece of paper just comes some time..yes, it did eventually. but the "user experience" was really bad. i don´t get it. they should treat their customers with respect, not let them pay 250€ and then not communicate virtually at all...

They deserve 0 stars. We tried to order a COC for our car. The first payment was refused, then we paid again, it was again refused and we paid a third time (more than 200€). On the bank account, it appeared that all three times the money was taken from our account, even though the Stellantis page said it didn't. Now, it is impossible to contact any kind of customer service to reclaim that money. Seems like a scam (even though it was recommended to us by an official Citroen Dealer).

Paid for an Alfa Romeo COC certificate almost 2 months ago. Received the payment confirmation, then complete silence.

Multiple contact requests were ignored. No updates, no delivery date, no support.

At this point, this feels like a scam. I lost 250 EUR and 2 months waiting for a document that never arrived.

I needed a copy of COC document for my car. Went through the registration on their web site. Payment. It was refused a few times asking me to do it again. Then I saw in my electronic bank it was paid twice, yet was asking me to do it again to complete the registration process. Since I received no email that would confirm my registration process nor the payment. They are IMPOSSIBLE to contact, even through the Contact form. Rater go elsewhere, I lost 2x 250 euros..
