A few pair of the shoes weren't new. You could see the where they have been warned. so that's why a four star, I maybe should have made it a 3-star.

Delivery was very fast and items were in pristine conditions. All but 1 still had original tag on it. Will be ordering again.

I really liked my box of plus sized clothing

I purchased a box because of 1 specific item, a Kate Spade wool coat that had a $435 MSRP. I was expecting it to be new but it had pilled under the arms etc and had a LOT of animal hair on it and NO tags. I spent at least an hour de-pilling & de-shedding. The rest of the lot were mostly conservative dresses some slacks & tops. It has been several months since my purchase and I have only sold the coat but at $50. I had expected around $100 to $150 but I had to list it as preowned. I then decided to have a 50% off sale on the rest but have yet to sell anything and I do not have them overpriced.
I take responsibility for my purchase but still did not expect to get a very obvious used item.
I don't remember the manifest but that the info on it was accurate I just didn't do my due diligence in researching ALL the items,
Communication was fast but I really expected a replacement item of equal MSRP or a large discount on a future box, so I have not purchased from Honch again.
The box arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
All in all, I was very disappointed in the box but take partial responsibility.
I want to purchase again as I believe in second chances but I'm hesitant because I am a new reseller and don't want more inventory that I have to sit on in my eBay store or Posh closet.
