chocolate brownie…WOW my new favourite 😋💋
After receiving my chocolate brownie Honeybalm special edition, things have just gone up 🆙 hugely in what is now my runaway favourite. It is gorgeous luscious, tastes and smells just like a brownie 😋. Not only that it leaves a beautiful light mauve/brown richly moisturising sheen to the lips. I love it! And after buying so many of the others and thinking chocolate was my favourite, which I do still love, this one has now taken pride of place and I’ve just ordered another 4 as it’s a limited edition. I hope they get enough reviews that it will become one of their regular products. I really hope so. The shipping can sometimes take 7/10 days, but when I ordered this one it arrived within 3 days. I don’t stress about how long it takes to arrive as I know it comes from the Netherlands.

Great customer service
I recently ordered from honey balm however there was an issue with one of the lip balm I had brought. I reached out to customer service and had a response the next day with a replacement within a weeks time. I’m happy with the support and glad this got sorted very fast. Will be using the website again

Nice product
First time I've bought honeybalm but glad I did. The jars are really cute with a small applicator inside. Handy size too for your handbag. I bought 4, 3 of which as presents. I will buy again when I run out. I didn't have to wait long for delivery either. Yes I would recommend this company.

BEST LIP BALM EVER!
This was the best lip balm I have ever bought. For starters, the packaging was SO cute at the little applicator was adorable. I got the blueberry flavour and after 2 days my lips were already feeling much softer. And the flavour was so yummy🤤 I just wanted to eat it all straight from the pot! To anyone wondering whether to buy it definitely buy it! 10/10

Such a great product! Quirky and cute but actually work! Great choice and good communication. Delivery takes a little longer than desired but did receive an email to say it would now be a 2 day delivery so that will be great. They make such a lovely gift too

Delivery states 5 to 8 days
Delivery states 5 to 8 days. Mines not even in transit yet according to the tracking, 273524 is my order number. Tomorrow is day 8 and, as its not even in transit, its not looking like landing with me any time soon.
This product is not cheap for lip balm but its a great product and Ive used before I cant take that from them.
3 star for product and delivery needs working on.
Its really disappointing. I ordsred as a gift for someone, their birthday was yesterday.
Be honest with your delivery dates, yes, theyre coming via customs so dont put 5 to 8 days, I did think it was a tall order but felt it would be accurate given thats the window you gave (big window) seems it should be bigger!
Update - 15th August - still no delivery and now the tracker is not working? No contact by company jas been made so either they dont read their reviews or they dont care.
Update 15.8.26 - no package they have my order number but apparently cannot find my email from that.
Its getting quite silly really and annoying to be frank!

Received my first Pot - Honey flavour, loved it so much I ordered the chocolate flavour! Lovely packaging and a great idea to have the honeycomb shaped applicator stored in the lid!
