Poor service. Delivery took more than 4 weeks. Bought 6x for Xmas presents but didn’t deliver until after Christmas.

Great product and responsive company
The product itself is quite good (individually packaging of each product was quite cute) and the gift was loved by my person, however the larger packaging / box it was delivered in was bland and just basic cardboard. A little disappointed. But much to the company’s credit they responded with some complimentary products and I genuinely believe they will take my feedback on board. I will definitely purchase again as the product is lovely, very unique and great quality.

Late Arrival
Following a promotion of “still time to buy before Christmas” I ordered on 9th December but my order unfortunately arrived after Christmas, early in 2026 which was disappointing.
Honey Balm reached out to me and explained why they had trouble filling the order on time and provided some complementary products which my wife and kids love.

Lovely product
Lovely product- I bought an array of these for gifts, my sons who surf and myself. Love the SPF!! The applicator is so novel! Flavours are fantastic and the actual balm is really nice. Not sticky or too sickly sweet!

Ordered for Christmas gifts within their stated delivery times to arrive with time before Christmas....it is Christmas eve and expected delivery is after Christmas up to the 7th January!!!! .... would not have wasted my money if I had known they don't stand up to what they advertise.... useless gifts now !!!!
