They approved to withdraw my money and then have not sent it for three months until now
I requested to withdraw my money from the company about three months ago, and the withdrawal was approved on 6/22/2023. I received an email from them stating that the withdrawal had been completed, but my money has not arrived yet. I contacted them more than once friendly and they promised to solve the problem. I sent them more than one email and they did not respond to it. I spoke with customer service and there is no solution yet. Please, I want my money as soon as possible
