We always like to say "drinking craft beer is like listening to music. Just when you think you have found a favourite, you find a new one that blow's your senses!". Immediately you are hooked, and on the journey of exploration to find a fresh new beer each month that is fresh, different and satisfies your now thirsty palate. The challenge here is some bottle shops you visit either have no craft beer available at all, offer the same style beers or have limited beer choices, have craft beers that have been canned months ago or have a wealth of choice leaving you overwhelmed and intimidated, which makes choosing the right crafty difficult! Introducing the Hops to Home Fresh Can Beer Club. Our fresh craft beer club is filled with 10 x 365ml cans fresh from the brewery. We pick 5 different beers and breweries each month for you to try which includes tasting notes of the beers and an introduction to each brewery. Our favourite styles to include are IPA's, Pale Ales, Session IPA's and Stouts. This pack is perfect for the everyday craft beer drinker or those looking for guaranteed fresh beer. We also offer a 20 can pack (4 x 5 styles of beer) for those of you who might be a little bit thirstier - or perfect for sharing with a mate! As a club member you'll also have access to a monthly beer podcast from the Aussie Beer Explorers and a You Tube video to watch by @_quarantinnies_. These guys do a full review of all the beers and breweries in each months pack. Listen in and watch whilst tasting your fresh beers at home! We promise you will always get different beers in each months pack, never drink the same beer twice, and guarantee the beer will be the freshest you've ever had. It's a fact.

Recent beer styles have missed the mark for me
I felt the beers sent in December were underwhelming. Not sure if they were not my preferred styles or simply missed the mark in balance and flavour.
Examples- dragonfruit and passion fruit hazy ipa- just no. Did not work at all.
Received a core range Pilsner from a popular Victorian brewing. Not special or exciting at all.
Another example was a Gin barrel Gose. I don’t like gin, so this was another sink pour.
Shipping took an extra couple of days to come, approximately 7 days from when it was said it was posted. Would like to see the beers posted prior to the 1st of the month. Maybe on the 29th or 30th so we receive them earlier in the month.
Not sure if I will continue my subscription, the beers this month were not as tasty as previous editions. The beers are good value and always fresh which I appreciate immensely.

The Pilsner was actually a special collaboration beer between Hops to Home and Hop Nation; one of a kind and fully exclusive to Hops to Home members. You do have the option of skipping a month via your account online should you feel the upcoming beers won't hit the spot for you. You can message us at any time prior to the 15th and we can let you know what's coming up. Given that we're now moving into a quieter season the delivery timeframe should be a lot quicker as well. Very happy customer of 3+ years...
Have been a customer now for approx 3 years, and always enjoy receiving my monthly mystery box of exciting beers! They're varieties and labels that I wouldn't normally think to buy, so it's a great way to sample fresh flavours... and the artwork on the cans is always fun. Recently had a delivery issue with Australia Post, and Keryn in Customer Support was excellent in helping me navigate that process. Definitely recommended!

I purchased the three-month package in September and have only received one delivery late in Oct and have had no communication on the delay in November.

Hi Jamie,
Our regular subscription charge/order generation is the 15th of the month; with beers shipping on the first Monday of the following month. We were able to send you your first pack early. Usually our cut off date for orders is the 28th of the month prior - and your order was placed on 2nd October; hence your October shipment, rather than having to wait until November for your first pack.
Your second pack will ship on Monday 6th December and your third pack on Monday 3rd January 2022.
Hopefully this clarifies! We do hope you've enjoyed your first pack 🙂

A 3 month subscription sampling some…
A 3 month subscription sampling some unique beers. Was good fun. Delivery took almost a month but that's due to auspost and covid. Great customer service.

While I have paid for 3 deliveries so far, only 1 has arrived. I understand there are Australia post delays, but I shouldn't continue to be charged when I am not receiving the service. The one delivery I got was good

Incredibly slow delivery
Ordered product on August 14th, expecting it to arrive by Fathers day. Unfortunately it missed fathers day, however its now September 22nd and the product still hasn't arrived.

Hi Kate, so sorry to hear that you have had this experience with shipping. Unfortunately this month has been particularly difficult due to Covid delays and Aus Post our shipping partners stopping deliveries for all Ecommerce stores due to a backlog in their system.

my delivery still has not made it to…
my delivery still has not made it to NSW and was dispatched over 2 weeks ago.
Australia post have really taken the biscuit this time but it's ruined my experience and I was charged again withiut expecting I had subscribed
I'm wondering how long it will be since canning and expecting the beers to be spoiled now
not really H2H fault but a bad experience waiting and waiting yet still
