Both the materials used, and the standards of installation were excellent. The workforce led by Scott stuck to its task in all weathers (pouring rain and hot sunshine) and tidied up neatly before going home each day. We were consulted as appropriate, along the way, and we have already been recommending them to others, based on our experience.

From the first conversation with Horizon we were delighted with the service we received, everyone was so polite and helpful. Third time we have used horizon for windows and doors and cannot speak too highly for the work carried out for me.
Totally professional staff who work neatly and tidily leaving the house just as they found it.

From the initial phone call right through to the finished job the Horizon team were spot on.

I had my old conservatory replaced last year with a whole new one from the walls up, solid insulated roof and new windows/door. Horizon quoted a very competitive price, gave me a date to fit it which they kept to and completed the project on time without any issues. The fitters were excellent, knowledgeable and did a quality job. After more than a year there have been no problems and my conservatory is now usable all year round, a fantastic outcome on a space i was hardly using. One of my friends was so impressed he is having the same done to his conservatory soon.

From start to finish of the project, Horizon were incredible. Following my enquiry, they got straight back to me and where on it from the get-go.

After securing a number of quotes we opted for Horizon, although they were not the cheapest. The decision was taken on the basis of the confidence gained from initial contact and visiting the Launceston outlet to view the product. All team members were knowledgable, very helpful and polite. Delivery was quicker than anticipated and the installation was carried out professionally and to an excellent standard. We are extremely pleased with the final outcome: many of our visitors have commented on the door quality and excellent workmanship. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

We recently bought an old bungalow requiring total modernisation. One of the largest projects was replacement windows, doors and a garage door. Horizon planned and quoted, delivered and installed all to a very high standard and excellent quality. All staff involved in the project were professional and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the result and have no faults or snagging - brilliant. Will definitely recommend.

Excellent business to deal with, first class service, from my initial enquiry to getting a price, they came back to me immediately with a quotation after visiting when they said they would, I was happy with the price, but more importantly, when they said they gave me a date for surveying the site & then doing the work, they turned up on time as advised & completed the job, the fitting guys were great and cleaned up any mess caused during the process. This is a locally based company that along with two national companies I asked for a quotation for a replacement door. All the quotes were similar but I chose Horizon not only because they were local but their staff were so helpful, friendly and informative when compared to the nationals. I was given an installation date and my lovely new door was duly installed without any fuss or mess on time.
