Collin was great. I bought an Explorer 114270 from him earlier this month. He agreed to a video call allowing me to visually inspect the watch live, and he also included an extra crystal upon discovering that the current crystal had a small imperfection. He overnighted the watch to me free of charge and promptly confirmed receipt of the wire. The watch was in great condition, just as described, and confirmed authentic by my local AD. I hope to purchase a watch from him again in the future. Highly recommended.
