I would make the direction a little more obvious after you sign in how to navigate to data ( race cards and results ). Maybe have tabs that say both. this is the only thing i can think of to help direct traffic. now that I know how to get it, II breeze through, but the first day I was stuck!! I've had great success using so far and really appreciate you trying to expand.

We would like to clarify that subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, including immediately after purchase. There is no minimum commitment period and no obligation to continue beyond the current billing cycle.
If the cancellation option did not work from your user area, or if you experienced any technical issue while attempting to cancel, we sincerely apologies. That is certainly not the intended experience.
