Horse Saddle Shop Avis 

Saw a saddle I thought would work. Have used the brand before. Needed to trade in another saddle. Sounded like a good deal. Sell my saddle to them and get the saddle I need. Got the saddle from horse saddle shop….. The flap was super short. Clearly a hard to sell saddle so on the website the flap length not advertised intentionally. I’m sure it’s in the fine print somewhere and I have no idea where I signed that print but when the ill advertised saddle was a no go all of a sudden I’m told there is a restocking fee? I had to pay for the shipping to return the saddle too. Of course if I bought another saddle they would waive it. Basically they keep you roped in til you cave. The continual saddle trade until you buy one…. Go try a saddle in person. This was the first time I’ve tried this. Buyer beware!!

Website is a scam, ordered from them and never received, phone number listed never connects you to anyone, do not order anything from them.

Sent order and payment via etransfer which was declined. Second payment to a different cashier was ignored.
All communication was via WhatsApp, no phone number, and no reply from 2 emails from me.
I cancelled the order and have not heard anything back.Definately a scam, will report as fraud.

I got mind a few weeks ago, and I commend their products. Quality guaranteed. TOP choice for me.

I ordered, paid by interact and went to direct deposit…. 4 days ago and nothing to confirm they received my $ or are sending what I ordered….$290 worth. I wrote three emails, tried to call but the number never went thru. This is definitely a scam and it needs to be put out in as many places as possible. Absolutely reprehensible with no account stability. Shame on you, Christopher Sarpong, or whoever you really are

Placed an order and they only take etransfer payment. They have not shipped my items. This site is a scam and I will be reporting as fraud.

I ordered a bag of Ferrier formula plus they confirmed receipt of the order and receipt of payment on September 10. It is now September 27 and nothing has arrived nor have they answered me when I requested where this order was and what was happening I would not be ordering anything from the store.

Placed an order last night and it stated our order was pending approval and to call 315-332-1415. I’ve tried to call this number this morning and also the past few days to ask questions but nobody answers.
Also, when we placed our order you site said to use code SAVE20 to get 20% off which would be around $60 but it only gave is $20 off.

Update: company responded but demanded we paid them through PayPal. I asked them why but they never responded. It’s because you’re unable to dispute PayPal transactions that are paid to a person. After extensive research this not a legitimate company.

I order a $3500 saddle which came in a box unwrapped and not protected at all. I asked prior to receiving what the return policy was because as suspected it was to heavy for me, I was told it was $60 then when I got the saddle there was a return slip that also stated a 5% restocking fee however it would be waved toward an exchange to another saddle. I tried 3 different saddles and none were in stock so I got stuck with not only the $60 shipping return but another $162 restocking fee, so over $200 later I am out $$ and have no saddle, I would not recommend buying from this company. update after I spoke with cc company who recommended disputing the restocking fee charge they did message back that they would wave the fee

After so much searching and nervousness about ordering a western saddle online. Recently I ordered my western saddle from horsesaddleshop website. It arrived very quickly! I would highly recommend using them for your tack needs.

Sent a saddle in for consignment and never got paid. They know if you are out of state the cost of suing is very high and I was treated like dirt by these people.
