I’ve been using Host Addon for a while now(6 months), and the experience has been consistently impressive. From day one, the setup process was smooth and straightforward, and I was able to get my project online quickly without any complications. Migration was smooth.
What really stands out is the server performance, latest gen hardware handles high loads, traffic well, and has been very stable. I haven’t experienced any unexpected downtime, and the servers seem to be optimized right out of the box. Compared to some of the more expensive providers I’ve used, Host Addon is fairly affordable.
The support team is very good and professional. Team has helped me install custom OS through a USB and their responses were fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It feels like they actually care about resolving issues rather than giving generic answers. That level of attention makes a big difference.

A fraudulent hosting service that scams users.
On November 25, 2025, I decided to rent a dedicated server. I selected what I needed, filled in the required fields, and during payment the website page became unavailable.
The bank charged $212, but the hosting support couldn’t explain anything. They are demanding a payment ID; I explained to them that I have no way to get it.
I gave them my email address — they replied that no account is registered to this email. I sent them a screenshot from their own website showing that the email is registered, but no emails are being received. And this has been going on for several hours already.
It’s simply a scam for $212 and complete ignoring of the customer.

The first thing about this site is the excellent quality of support, centered around politeness.
They respond in a very polite, helpful, and patient manner.
As for the network quality, it’s good — and if any issues arise, they definitely investigate and follow up until the issue is resolved.
You really get the sense that customers matter to them, and that they prioritize the quality of their service.
After working with around 50 datacenters and providers, I can confidently say this one is definitely among the top 5.

GREAT SUPPORT AND GREAT PRODUCTS AND SEEVICED
I purchased a server advertised as having a guaranteed speed of 2 Gbps, but it was very slow. After a few days, I bought a Turkish server claiming a guaranteed speed of 10 Gbps. My tests showed the following speeds:
Download: 399.34 Mbps
Upload: 495.15 Mbps
However, I noticed that the server is actually in Moldova, not Turkey.
I have had search a lot of providers who can give me the required service, and i wrote a question in Host Addon website, they answer very quick, and today i am getting the service that i bought, I recommend Host Addon.
