കേരളത്തിൽ നിന്നൊരു സംരംഭകന്റെ ഉദ്യമം HOSTAO L.L.C. ആ സന്തോഷത്തിലാണ് ഞാൻ ഇതിൽ നിന്നും ഒരു ഡൊമൈൻ നെയിം പർച്ചെയ്സ് ചെയ്തത്. അതോടൊപ്പം ഇതിന്റെ സർവീസ് എത്രത്തോളം പ്രാധാന്യമർഹിക്കുന്നു എന്നുള്ളതും വിലയിരുത്തേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. എന്റെ അനുഭവത്തിൽ ഞാൻ ഡൊമൈൻ പർച്ചെയ്സ് ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ മൂന്ന് കാര്യങ്ങൾക്കാണ് സ്ഥാപനവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെടേണ്ടി വന്നത്. ഒന്ന് എനിക്ക് അതിൽ അക്കൗണ്ട് ക്രിയേറ്റ് ചെയ്യാനുള്ള പ്രോബ്ലം. രണ്ട് പേയ്മെന്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആശയക്കുഴപ്പം വന്നിരുന്നു. അതിൽ UPI പേയ്മെന്റ് സിസ്റ്റം കണ്ടെത്താൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല. മൂന്നാമത്തേത് ഞാൻ ഡൊമൈൻ നെയിം മറ്റൊരാളുടെ അക്കൗണ്ടിലേക്ക് ട്രാൻസ്ഫർ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനെപ്പറ്റി. എന്നാൽ ഈ വിവരങ്ങൾ അറിയിച്ചപ്പോൾ തന്നെ എനിക്കത് സോൾവ് ചെയ്ത് തരികയും അനുബന്ധ നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ തരികയും ചെയ്തു. അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ സർവീസ് കാര്യത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകൾക്ക് ഉടൻ തന്നെ സൊല്യൂഷൻ ലഭിച്ചതിൽ ഞാൻ തൃപ്തനാണ്. കൂടാതെ മേൽ പറഞ്ഞ അക്കൗണ്ട് ക്രീയേഷനും പേയ്മെന്റ് സംബന്ധിച്ച കാര്യങ്ങൾക്കും ഇത്തരം ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകൾ ഒരു കസ്റ്റമർക്കുണ്ടാകാതിരിക്കാനും ഓരോ ആവശ്യത്തിനായി കമ്പനിയെ ബന്ധപ്പെടുന്നത് ഒഴിവാക്കുന്ന കാര്യത്തിലും കൂടുതൽ കസ്റ്റമർ ഫ്രണ്ട്ലി ആയിത്തന്നെ സംവിധാനങ്ങൾ ഒരുക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ശ്രദ്ധയുണ്ടാവണമെന്നും തോന്നി.
