Since I connected my hosting with my…

Since I connected my hosting with my domain, I have been facing continuous errors due to hosting issues. Sometimes, when I try to open my website, it shows a "capacity issue" and doesn’t load, displaying a 503 error. I have been messaging support for the past two weeks, but they keep saying they are looking into it without actually resolving the issue. If anyone is planning to buy hosting, I strongly recommend choosing a different provider because their service and customer support are extremely poor.
Giving them one star was necessary; otherwise, I wouldn't have even given that.
