I was having an issue with php 8.3…

I was having some problems with PHP 8.3 modules and instead of fixing my problem they changed the PHP version to 8.1—a version that is already deprecated—it didn't solve the underlying problem and is counterproductive to my site's security.

faced a nightmare that no website owner…

faced a nightmare that no website owner should go through: my site was hacked twice within a short period while hosted with Hostbreak.com.
Both times, malicious code was injected, affecting my cPanel account and compromising data. Recovery was extremely difficult, and unfortunately, the support response was very slow and not helpful when I needed it most.

Terrible Service – Completely Unprofessional and Dishonest

Hostbreak provides the worst email hosting service I have ever experienced. Their team is completely inexperienced and untrained, and they are unable to solve even simple technical issues. They make big claims about support and refunds on their website, but when it comes to actually helping customers, they do nothing.
When I asked for a refund due to their failure to resolve my problem, they repeatedly hung up on my calls. This is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable behavior. This company clearly does not value its customers at all.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Hostbreak if you want reliable service and honest support.

Fraud Affiliate System

Honestly, being a developer, i don't recommend them. there affiliate system is disgusting. They can't even pay an amount of 6000 PKR, they committed 14 days amount transfer, but its day 42 i am calling them for this amount.
Secondly, sometimes there hosting can not have the extensions installed you need, In their woocommerce hosting, you cannot use Woocommerce mobile app, because you cannot enable something called XML RPC.
Lastly, their hosting plans are just impractical.

one of the most unprofessional, pathetic, and unserious support and companies I have ever seen. It's been one month since I bought the hosting from these guys, and I am still waiting for the service and the email response for my configuration.
