I'm using a reseller account with HostBreak, and it's been a complete disaster. The hosting goes down almost every other hour, and this constant downtime has cost me multiple clients. As a reseller, my business depends on reliable service—but HostBreak has failed miserably in delivering that.
The support team is either unavailable, unresponsive, or takes hours (sometimes days) to reply, even in urgent situations. When you're managing multiple client sites, this kind of negligence isn't just frustrating—it's business-breaking.
Thanks to HostBreak's poor service, I've lost client trust and revenue. If you're a serious reseller or agency, stay far away from HostBreak. Their hosting is unstable, and their support is unreliable.
