Great hosting provider! I switched my concrete5 hosting to Hostdash last month and it worked out great. They provided the current version of concrete preinstalled so all you have to do is upload your theme files and start designing. The support even offered to help me with installing concrete community store if I needed. The support is amazing, I had an issue with nameservers but the support were quick to respond and help me resolve the issue. They communicate major php version changes, and provide daily server side backups. They also provide ssl (earlier I used to install let's encrypt every 3 months, my cron jobs werent working). The price, quality, and service are all A+

I loaded up a support ticket with around a dozen questions (some of which I figured wouldn't be easy for them to answer), but they still thoroughly answered every one of my questions, and got back to me faster than I was expecting. Their customer support has been friendly, professional, and very helpful. I originally tried their company because I saw some third party benchmarks somewhere, on web host performance, and they had easily beat out some of the larger, more expensive companies. I have had no complaints about their hosting over these last several months, and look forward to continue hosting with them in the future.

I've had quite a positive experience with HostDash. The prices are very good and my website is very responsive. However, uploading over FTP is slow and there could be better documentation.

This would have to be the Best site for all your hosting, customer service and feedback is the best that I have ever had. The support and help from the support desk are 100% fast to get back to the customer, help out with any queries, and give a solution.

I recently bought HostDash hosting. Today I was unable to get to the cpanel from my dashboard Action button. I put in a support ticket and Alex got back to me almost immediately. He gave me other links to get into cpanel while researching why this had happened. My Sophos security had triggered an exclusion and blocked the link. Alex was willing to go the extra mile and research my security system to resolve the issue. Extremely good customer service.

Great support. Helped me migrate and extremely outdated platform I've had almost no experience with that was dumped on my department. Way above what I've had at other hosting providers. Plans are also affordable. Plan to switch my other accounts over when they are up for renewal.

I received advise from cPanel to reset my SSL. i followed the link provided but did could not log in as i exhausted known usernames. Contacted support and Alex A in support was very prompt. lex advised he sorted the SSL issue for me so not to worry about that and guided me thru what is should do and where i should look to retrieve my log in details

I have had various hosting accounts over the years and this is the first one that has it all. Incredible customer service, great servers to handle my websites, and for an amazing price. I would recommend them to anyone at any level for hosting.

I have been in the web design business for over a decade now and during that time I have had the opportunity (or misfortune) to try many hosting providers.

They claim to be the fastest hosting provider and no doubt, my WP sites do load fast BUT I don't really buy when a hosting company claims to be the fastest given the many variables for each person (how the site has been built, visitor location, server location etc).

For me, HostDash stands out on the customer service side. All of my tickets are typically answered in less than 15 minutes (more often that not with a resolution) and that is hard to beat in todays world.

As my clients hosting packages come up for renewal I'll be moving them to HostDash.
