First, we would like to clearly state that your hosting server itself remained operational. The issue discussed in our previous communication was related to DNS resolution, not server uptime. DNS propagation is a global internet process that typically takes between 2 and 48 hours depending on the visitor’s ISP and network provider. During propagation, some networks may temporarily resolve the domain differently, which can make a website appear inaccessible in certain locations while it remains fully functional elsewhere.

DNS behavior is not controlled directly by the hosting provider. It depends on global DNS caching systems and individual ISP refresh cycles. This is a technical limitation of how the internet infrastructure operates, not a server stability issue.

Regarding a permanent improvement, our team did offer migration to Cloudflare DNS, which significantly enhances DNS reliability, reduces propagation inconsistencies, and improves security and performance. Cloudflare provides a globally distributed DNS network that minimizes such disruptions. However, the option was not implemented at the time.

We also acknowledge that the wording “it’s for betterment” could have been clearer. What our agent intended to communicate was that DNS updates are sometimes necessary for optimization, security enhancements, or infrastructure improvements. These actions are performed to strengthen protection of customer data and improve long term stability, not to cause disruption.

We take service reliability seriously and remain fully committed to providing stable hosting. If you are open to it, we would still be happy to implement the Cloudflare solution or review your configuration again to ensure maximum stability going forward. As stated in our earlier reply, we thoroughly searched our system and WhatsApp support records but could not find any account or communication under your name. On September 2nd, 2025, we also emailed you via Trustpilot requesting your details, and again, within this review reply, we asked you to provide the necessary information (registered email, WhatsApp number, domain name, invoice number).

Several days have now passed, yet we have received no response or verification from you. Without these details, we cannot validate your claims or confirm you as a customer of Hoster.PK.

In light of this, and after giving multiple opportunities for you to provide proof, we must conclude that this review is fraudulent and not based on any genuine customer experience.
