I needed a homestay as quick as possible, and the team was very helpful and helped me with my emergency situation. they offered many great options. when i moved in with my host it felt like home. she was so welcoming and kind with me. I will consider this as a nice experience and I would differently recommend it.

My experience with Host Family Stay was simply excellent! The team is really professional and helpful. They work with passion and dedication and follow you constantly. When I first contacted them, it was a Friday. I had a big problem as the school, which was supposed to find an accommodation for my son from the coming Sunday, had just informed me that it had not found it! So, I looked for a provider on the internet on my own and Zach was immediately available to help me, understanding the difficult situation I was in. He did everything he could and eventually he found a hosting family in Zone 2. Unfortunately, on the Sunday of arrival there was an unexpected problem with the hosting family, but Zach and Emily immediately worked to find another appropriate accommodation. The new Host is simply loving and great, my son is happy to be with her family. He is having a great time!
I want to thank Zach, Emily, Abbie and all the team for all the excellent work they have done. I definitely recommend Host Family Stay to anyone looking for a serious and professional accommodation provider which supports you throughout your stay! Thanks a lot :-)

A great company that helped me find a fantastic host and was there to speak to whenever I needed. I sadly did need to change host due to strikes etc that made my journey a bit harder, and they helped me move really quickly and found another host who I loved as well. I am so thankful that I found Host Family Stay and the team and have/ would recommend them to any of my friends that are travelling to London to Study. Thank you once again, and thank you to the 2 amazing hosts :-)
