Very responsive support, very good hosting performance
I must say that I am in the process of moving several domains from 'A.N.Other provider' to Hostilica for the following reasons:
- The old host was starting to get expensive
- It was sometimes difficult to manage (no cPanel)
- It kept getting hacked (I think from internal accounts)
- Hostilica had an unbeatable deal over Christmas
So I took a package and started the transfer of my domains. I have raised a few support tickets (because of my lack of knowledge, rather than any technical problems) and everythng was responded to quickly, professionally, and proactively.
Everything runs faster than before, I have full felxibility with cPanel, I am a happy customer.
