We rarely have issues with our HostPresto account, but when they occur they have always been resolved very quickly (usually the same day).  I'm very happy with the service.

HostPresto don’t just give you a weblink so you can fix the problem yourself, they fix the problem! Their advice is also simple and quick.

This is worth a huge amount. Most people can find a link themselves. In a busy day I don’t have the time to do this and go through the learning curve needed to get it fixed. Worth their weight in gold!

My previous hosts both ended up selling out to godaddy which was a terrible service and very expensive for what it was and usless support. So, had to hunt for a new independant UK host and came across HostPresto.

Products are good and the price is fair. Had some issues over the years but support is always pretty quick and efficient and actully tell you what the problem was, which is a nice touch.

All round very pleased and currently have nothing negative to say.

The initial response to my support ticket was from an AI bot. It was an excellent response with useful and relevant advice. However it did suggest that it may be worth submitting it to a technician which is what I did. The technical support team responded very quickly and resolved the matter to my complete satisfaction.
We moved our domains and hosting to Host Presto because of their reputation for excellent technical support and customer service and they continue to deliver!

I had an Windows ASP website which I wanted the transfer from another provider. The support team were very helpful in getting everything done, in spite of a number of difficulties presented by the former provider. The Hostpresto team responded to emails in a timely manner, even on a Sunday, always courteously and with the information I needed. I am delighted with their support and service

I have been with Host Presto for some years now and they are simply brilliant. Being pretty much a technical dimwit when it comes to computer tech and all things associated, I occasionally have to lean heavily on my saviours at HP. They are always speedy in reacting to my requests and on most occasions just as speedy with achieving the desired result.

Our website is hosted without much trouble. Whenever an issue arose, I left a request on a support ticket, and it was solved within a day without having to resort to IT-speak.

We needed to retire an old website and link to a new one, and the HostPresto technical team helped us to do this with no fuss.
