I very rarely need to ask for help as…

I very rarely need to ask for help as my sites on HostPresto work reliably. However, on this occasion I could not get the FTP login to work. It took 3 emails to get it working properly. It took about 3 hours in total to solve my problem. The help was excellent and correctly diagnosed. I have had the same very good experience on all of the other times I had contact them for help over the last 4 years.

HostPresto are brilliant!

HostPresto are very quick to respond to a query/issue and ALWAYS resolve it in record time. I've been with these guys for years (and before, when they were 4UHosting) and have never had a problem they can't resolve, especially as I'm a freelancer who needs critical email issues resolved immediately. Would 100% recommend these guys!

Too unreliable

The customer service is actually decent, although the response times wildly differ from day to day. The problem is the reliability. We're paying over £60 a month for a managed server and for the third time in as many weeks our site, which is an online booking platform, has been completely down for several hours. Still waiting on a reply from their support team and meanwhile we're losing money all the time. We've also had multiple issues with our SSL cert constantly not showing on the site despite having being told it was fixed. We have now decided to move our hosting elsewhere.

Excellent Support

I've been with HostPresto since 2014 and never had any service issues until a recent domain transfer (typical stuff, all my fault).

I've raised several tickets over the past few days, and the support team has been quick to respond and provide help on every occasion.

I had an urgent email issue today (again, my fault) but needed it resolved asap. Rob reached out for this ticket within the hour, offering a solution that resolved the issue right away.

He also responded quickly to my follow-up and kindly checked that everything looked good on his end, as it would take a couple of hours for normal service to resume (I couldn't afford for it to not work and then have to try again).

I can't praise the quality of support enough over the past few days. Thanks Rob, and everyone else

I wasn't sure how to phrase my question…

I wasn't sure how to phrase my question on a mis-directed domain and initially got an AI response. I tried something else and got an error message. It wasn't urgent so I left it and went for a walk thinking I'd get back to it later. A few minutes into the walk I got an email form HostPresto saying it had been resolved. AND IT WAS! Yippee 😊

Great technical support - always

We have hosted with Hostpresto for a good number of years - 3 simple websites which we manage ourselves. From time to time we mess things up and the technical team always do their best to help us out and answer questions pretty quickly. We are not coders and its appreciated that we are not treated as idiots for our lack of knowledge :)

Have taken over a website recently

Have taken over a website recently, found various issues that needed sorting out and HostPresto have replied very quickly to each one, with only one issue not sorted out the first time. Site also seems to load very quickly.

Very happy, would recommend!

First class service!

I've been using Hostpresto for a number of years the customer service is fantastic. Dropped a support ticket, low priority, this morning and received a response and query resolved within the hour.

Good service from support

I'm very happy with the service i've received.

I run a Drupal website, and when I had some early hosting issues, support helped me resolve these quickly.

I recently had a problem with my invoice after I lost my debit card, and a quick call to support gave me time to receive my new card and pay the invoice.

A satisfied customer.

I am not good with IT issues

I am not good with IT issues, but I felt that the staff at HostPresto were always very helpful and patient, whenever I had an issue with my website. I felt that my business was important to them even although my website was quite small. They explained things fully via messages and I was able to get matters resolved relatively quickly. So would recommend this company.

Great Service from HostPresto!

As an author I need to have my website up and running. Occasionally, Wordpress does something which causes a problem which I cannot fix myself. Last night my website crashed but by this morning Shabs from HostPresto had sorted the problem and got the website up and running again. This was all sorted literally within hours of me raising a ticket. Great Service!

Amazing support

The quality of customer support from these guys remains the best I've ever encountered. Even issues I flag as "low priority" are responded to promptly and thoroughly and they keep going until they get to the root of the issue - which is sometimes operator (i.e. my) error! Always professional, polite and helpful. I won't be going anywhere else.
