Except Domain renewal fee everything is ok.
I Just used their Starter package which is very cost familiar and reasonable. Their support system is really good. I opened 5 Tickets and got reply each of them. but I think the domain renewal price is a little bit high.

I recently purchased VPS from Hosttier and I am very satisfied. Performance is really fast and stable, I didn’t face any downtime till now. Their support team is also very helpful and friendly, they reply quickly and try to solve problem without any delay.

আপনাদের জানাতে চাই যে, আমার ওয়েবসাইটে একটি গুরুতর সমস্যা দেখা দেওয়ার পর আমি তা আপনাদের টিমকে অবহিত করি। কিন্তু অত্যন্ত দুঃখজনকভাবে আপনাদের পক্ষ থেকে দীর্ঘ ১৬ ঘণ্টা পার হয়ে যাওয়ার পরও কোনো ধরনের সাড়া বা সহায়তা আমি পাইনি।
একজন গ্রাহক হিসেবে আপনাদের সেবা গ্রহণ করার পর এ ধরনের উদাসীনতা ও দায়িত্বজ্ঞানহীন আচরণ আমার জন্য অত্যন্ত হতাশাজনক। এই ধরণের মন্থর সাড়া ও অযত্নপূর্ণ আচরণ কোনভাবেই পেশাদার বা গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
আমি আপনাদের সার্ভিস নিয়ে চরমভাবে অসন্তুষ্ট এবং এই ঘটনার যথাযথ ব্যাখ্যা ও দায়িত্বশীল পদক্ষেপ দাবি করছি।
