It was a good experience but the shopping cart is limited and I hope I would have known before we have it designed.

I needed help transferring my domain to Hot Doodle as the popular place I started with (which my Daddy said should remain nameless) became both demanding and raised their yearly price over 300% ...I couldn't do it correctly to save my life and with the help of Lynn Slater from Hot Doodle I was finally able to feel confident that my domain was in the safe hands of Hot Doodle! Do yourself a favor and save both time and money and become a Hot Doodle supporter as I will remain!

I spent several weeks in back-and-forth emails and phone calls with Arjun. I had a LOT of questions. (I'd had some real frustration in actually maintaining/enhancing my previous website). He answered them all patiently, with good humor, and frequently gave me new (and better) information than I'd been aware of. He also clearly laid out the various website/design options available to me. When I decided to go for it, I was assigned to Erin. She's a terrific designer, who listened carefully as we talked about my site and what I wanted/needed. She hit the nail on the head, and came up with some wonderful ideas that I would never have thought of. She was quick, responsive. creative and always communicated clearly. The end result is really wonderful, and the entire experience has been a total pleasure. Thank you!

Everyone is impressed with our website and it is already attracting attention to our innovative medical training program. The website looks both professional and inviting, just the way we wanted to portray our program. Our web designer Mike, worked efficiently and responded patiently to all the changes and features we requested. We are completely satisfied with the value and the great looking finished product.

Erin was easy to work with-after one conversation and a couple of example sites, she created our site in two days! Two revisions later we were up and running. I can now edit our site easily and I love having the support option at a great hourly rate. We are very happy.

I have been scammed twice by offshore web designers and even a local freelancer. They took my money and did not deliver. They did not pick up my calls or respond to my emails.

My experience at HotDoodle was the exact opposite. When I first reached out, I received a very prompt response. I was surprised how knowledgeable their staff was. They knew about all the features I needed, and how to make sure they could be done on my website. I had direct contact with the HotDoodle web designer assigned to my project, which was great. My website turned out awesome, and it's been a few months since I've had it and I find it easy to update myself. Their service has been rock solid.

My designer was responsive, quick to answer phone calls and emails, and delivered the website in a timely manner. Overall very satisfied.

Being that this was my first website experience, I was worried about what all work would be required on my part. I did have to provide the text I wanted on each of my pages (I do believe they have copywriting services though), but I knew that I was eventually going to have to iron out a mission statement and "about us" statement anyway. I locked myself in my office for a couple of hours, sent over what I had, and my designer took care of the rest. The design, photos, everything. The website turned out great! I would really recommend HotDoodle, they make the process simple and straightforward, and the results will exceed your expectations.

I previously wasted a lot of money for several months with a different company (making so many noises in town) that delivered nothing real with some $100 per months as fee forever. The site they created for me had nothing functional for six months (phone never rings, ecommerce never acceted any payment, etc...) and their service was terrible...Now that I found HotDoodle, the site they designed for me is fully functional and their service was great They did not overpromised anything and I also like their low maintenance forever. All my friends overseas like the site. Plus, I can edit it easily myself very easily...I am so happpy and found this great web design group...Thank you guys and continue the great works!
