Damien was absolutely fantastic to work with. I was having multiple issues with Booking.com, and he stepped in and got everything sorted quickly and efficiently.
He was incredibly patient, walked me through everything, and made the whole process so much easier than it had been. Because of his help, I felt confident enough to go ahead and book the rest of my Scotland stays without hesitation.
Truly five-star service from start to finish. Highly recommend
