I really cannot warn you enough about…

I really cannot warn you enough about this awful service, I arrived back at Heathrow T2 on a Saturday morning 8:05am and got to the bus rank 10 - 9 where the bus is supposed to arrive every 30 minutes! After standing there for over an hour with only one bus turning up it became apparent that the schedule is simply a fantastical piece of work that bears no relevance to actual time and the bus driver I approached to ask if they could find out why no H2X or in fact many other buses had not arrived at the stand for over an hour his response was one of complete ignorance so I took to the LIVE bus tracker only to find that my bus was not actually displayed anywhere but mysteriously the bus that had been sat at the stop ever since we arrived suddenly became the live service . You are not able to contact anyone to establish why their service is not as advertised and if I had known that I would be delayed for over an hour because of this I would have used PUBLIC TRANSPORT instead and saved myself the £18 for 3 people honestly if you are staying at a hotel on Bath road just catch a public bus that run almost every 5 minutes.....

Ignored by customer service

Bus driver saw us standing outside the hotel waiting for bus to take us to terminal, waited and then drove off as we approached the bus. Contacted customer service for a refund of our return ticket as we had to make our own way to terminal and was ignored.

Badly organised and expensive

The buses run from Heathrow Terminal 2,3 and 5 every 1 hour, and the bus is small. I paid 6.80 £ which is more than others (around 4£).

People are left stranded because capacity and frequency of buses is not enough…

A rubbish company who consistently fail…

A rubbish company who consistently fail to provide the service they are paid for.

They operate without any Carre or accountability to their customers.

They think it OK to leave customers unserved and uninformed - out in the cold and wet for hours on end, all the while the so called Operations team sit drinking tea in their warm hideaway without a care in the world fir the severe strife they cause their customers.

Will heathrow or the hotels and hire car companies step up and ensure a competent service is provided - or do they not care either ?

Waited an hour fifty minutes for our…

Waited an hour fifty minutes for our bus, H2B one couple had waited over two hours, I could have crawled on my hands and knees to the hotel quicker. Please read the reviews, absolute shocking service, drivers on other buses either uninterested in helping or had trouble communicating, only the driver on the H2X was able to help, that service had been three times while we were waiting.
Arrived at bus stop 16:50, bus arrived 18:40

What an abysmal service

What an abysmal service. Used to be reliable, but now an embarrassment to the country. We arrived at the Heathrow T3 bus stop at 8.50pm on a Saturday. Buses were supposed to be running every 30 minutes. We waited well over an hour and no sign of a bus. In the end we gave up and got a taxi to the hotel, as we risked being fined for overstaying our parking time. Wrote to the company and they didn’t even reply. Many other passengers were waiting- many from other countries. What an awful first impression of UK public transport. We will never use them again

Ripped Off - Twice!!!

Prepaid for a family ticket and when we got on the bus the ticket was refused stating barcode denied. The bus driver was rude and belligerent and we had to pay again to get to the airport. This was after previously being charged for four single tickets the day before instead of a family ticket. Don’t use probably cheaper and quicker to get a taxi!!! Rubbish service !!!!

Unreliable, bad service

Bus was late and when it arrived at my hotel, it did not pick anyone up, it just carried on.

A waste of my money (had to get an uver) and theirs (not picking up paying customers). Terrible service.

Hoppa mistakes on website leaves you out in the cold!

Booked return to Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre from T3 Heathrow on Dec 11th.
Both our hotel printout and the Hoppa website are incorrect, as confirmed when ringing Hoppa from T3. Their driver refused to pick us and 2 others up at stated times as he would not drop us off but insisted we we wait for next bus, which finally arrived 50 cold minutes later
It is an expensive option which by their own admission does not fulfill their contract, due to their own mistakes!

Very very slow and expensive

We used this to get to & from the Hyatt.
It took at least an hour from waiting outside the hotel to arrival at T5 because it visits so many hotels on the way.
It also costs £12 each return.
If you have lots of time and want to see suburbia and hotels round heathrow, then fine.
The drivers are fabulous and the buses clean

Awful experience

Awful experience. One bus an hour. Could have walked to the hotel and back, written my last will and testament and still had time to contemplate how bad an idea it was to use this service.
