Excellent products and customer service...
I ordered a Relaxing Bath & Body Gift Set as a gift for my sister and requested a note be added to say Happy Birthday from me.
I later received an email from Hotel Organic which had two photographs attached of not only the note on a gift tag, but it was gift wrapped as well in gold paper and ribbon.
My sister was delighted with the gift and she commented that it was wrapped very nicely.
Now that’s what I call great customer service!
It was posted very quickly and arrived in time for her birthday.
Will definitely shop again with Hotel Organic.

Argan Oil
I have used argan oil on my hair for a couple of years now (massaged into towel-dried hair) which keeps my hair soft and silky. I decided to try Hotel Organic argan oil when I could find no trace of my previous oil - also, I was especially struck by their stating that they put 'people and the planet' first! I have just used it for the first time on my hair and am very pleased - my hair feels super soft :) I have also tried it on my face and my skin feels 'nourished'. The bottle comes with a drop dispenser, very useful as a little goes a long way. I have found a new supplier :) The bottle was also packaged very carefully, which was appreciated. Thank you!

Bath salts/plastic free
I bought bath salts as a gift for my friend who suffers with psoriasis, she had a recent flare up. Since using the salts she said her skin has never felt so good. I'm made up!
Hotel Organic were super quick at getting back to me when I had questions about they're products.
Perfect delivery and plastic free.
Would definately order from them again.

Lufah sponges
fast response and the lufah sponges on rope exactly as described. Great to see a good company that cares about the environment. Sea sponges are getting more and more rare and the lufah's are a good alternative.
