I placed an order for a pair of boots and specified that I wanted a size 12 boot; however, when I got the notification for the order I placed, I noticed that the order details said size 10.
I immediately tried to contact this company to change the size to the original size that I specified, a size 12, but never got a response from them. When the order was delivered, I immediately contacted them to return the boots that were the wrong size. Trying to get in touch with this company was a total headache, and this made me decide that instead of an exchange for the correct size, that I would rather just get a refund and not ever deal with this company again.
I returned the merchandise, and they have received the returned merchandise; however, I still have not received my refund, and after trying to contact them numerous times, without ever receiving a response regarding my refund. I have now had to file a dispute with my credit card company so that I no longer have to deal with trying to get my refund myself (let the credit card company deal with them).
I only hope that, through enough negative reviews about this company and their shady business practices, people will be warned not to do business with this company

The boots I ordered were not to my satisfaction. Basically the fit was too small and the ankle space was unusually large. When I wore my jeans, the wide opening between my leg and the boot acted as a vacuum to suck my pants into. It’s awful. To top this off, the return policy is ineffective. There were no records of my purchase. I was “stuck” with a $180 Iineffective boot purchase. Move on…don’t waste your money.

Product came with stitching defects. Poor craftsmanship

Wrote to customer service about shipping and got a reply right away. Ordered product and received it in record time thru UPS. Product is amazing and my two girls love thur new heated hoodies. Thanks again for all your help and I will be buying again.

I placed a fairly large order with this company, and they claimed to have shipped it. However, the package was lost in transit, and despite repeated attempts to reach out to them, they never responded.

USPS requires the sender to file a claim, which means I’ve been completely stuck with no way to recover my money or the product. It would have been easy for them to step in and help, but instead, they chose to ignore me entirely.

Extremely disappointing experience - I would strongly advise others to stay away. If something goes wrong with your order, you’re on your own.

I ordered several patches for my vest. Excellent quality and super fast shipping. Highly recommended.
