Excellent engineer who sorted out two issues with my 8 year old oven. Super job, and a really pleasant individual.

The ability, knowledge, attitude and communication of the service engineer, The attitude of the initial contact to make the arrangements for the trepair.

I was able to get an appointment to have my washing machine repaired without any hassle.The technician came on time and was very polite and friendly and he repaired my washing machine in a quiet ,calm and efficient manner.He explained what the problem was and what he had done to remedy it.I was very relieved to have my machine in working order again

Very professional repair, very thorough and efficient staff from start to finish, small delay for required parts but repairman was excellent.

All great, except for the time too long for the first appointment ( 1week) and again too long the time for the second appointment (1week again)

I bought both my Hotpoint dryer and washer. the dryer after 1 years and few months starting to get problems and washing machine always beps when on and they only have 1 years warranty and I am really not happy with it I pay a lot money for both and last for very short time I hope Hotpoint sort out the problem before selling there item and I would rather buy cheap one but never will go for Hotpoint again

NO WORKING TELEPHONE LINES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR IRELAND.

I'm trying to call Hotpoint to register guarantee for a a heat pump dryer bought a couple of weeks ago.

Hotpoint.ie can only register UK addresses!
The telephone number provided on the appliance documentation does not work.
Numbers given by UK customer service do not work.
After trawling round the internet I've found various numbers - none work.
Most don't work at all or else just send you straight back to UK customer services where you have to listen again to the recording begging you for more personal data and then you have to wait an age for someone to answer and give you yet another useless number to call.
So, apart from wasting time on their website, I've tried ...

The last number appears to register only Sony or Flymo products - no mention of Hotpoint - and then cut me off.

Everything is good I'm happy with customer service center call and with the technician

Martin. He was great. The system worked. We were kept informed throughout the issue,and the problem sorted in no time. Super service altogether.

Fast response time, within the hour. Robert solved the issue quickly. Was professional and friendly.

Our dishwasher had an error showing which the customer service was quickly able to explain, and told us about our warranty so we could get an engineer to fix it. Appointment was promptly booked and the fix was done the next day. So delighted with the service.
