We’ve been delighted with the service received from Hoults. The moves from Gosforth to Amble, then from Store to Amble, were conducted efficiently. Your removals teams – Andrew; Sean; Filipo; & John – were a pleasure to have around. They were helpful throughout & nothing was too much trouble – just what you need during what could have been very stressful times!!
We must add our thanks, too, for the way in which the administrative side of things has been handled. All in all, we’ve been delighted with Hoults’ service since we first embarked on our down-sizing journey, almost two years ago. Thanks, to everyone, for the help & support given to us.

The team took the stress out of moving…
The team took the stress out of moving and were careful, polite and friendly. They worked so hard and even mended our bed which had not been connected properly before.

Top service.
The guys were efficient, pleasant and swift. They packed everything with care, and moved very quickly. The heavy/awkward items didn't seem to faze them. Everything was placed in the rooms tidy, and garden items located where we asked for them to be placed. We would recommend them to anyone who needs a reputable company. ( The Pickfords group)

Arrived ahead of time, perfect.
Efficient crew.
Although couple items did get damaged - scratch on front of fridge freezer and huge scrape on chest freezer.

Excellent first class service
Perfect service from first phone call to finish. Megan was just amazing and that gave us confidence to use Hoults as was David that came to the house. The 2 guys on the day of moving were brilliant and very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. I would strongly recommend Hoults to anyone looking to move home.

Nice guys, communication could be better
Thorough assessment of what was going on be moved , nice removals guys, but unfortunately the assessors and the removals people didn’t seem to communicate very well as the guys didn’t know what was to be moved when they arrived. Nice trustworthy chaps however and I would recommend them

Long Distance Move with Hoults
Hoults was managing our long-distance house move . The removal crew were fantastic, really professional, calm, organised, and very approachable. The day-before removal was a great idea, as this meant most of the items were loaded already at the start of the move day and only last items added, meaning less stress and quicker move. They ran the whole operation with great efficiency and handled the not-so-ideal moving in situation in their stride (the previous owners were only half way through taking out their stuff, so we literally had to move in while they were moving out. The whole process - assessment, quotation, booking etc has been easy, seamless and efficient.

The three staff who removed our…
The three staff who removed our furniture were efficient and courteous. There was heavy rain on the day but they took care to wrap items as they were moved from the house to the van and put down plastic sheeting to protect the carpets. They were very good.
