Torus Surveyors Avis 

I would highly recommend Torus surveyors. I had RICS Level 3 survey completed by Rob recently. The report was very detailed including lots of pictures and Rob was very helpful discussing the issues that were highlighted in the report. Also special mention to Vicky who was very helpful in arranging the appointment and discussing the details of what the survey would include etc.

Good comms, helpful team and concluded with a call from the surveyor who walked me through the report. Great service at a great price!

From initial quote to full survey receipt, the quality of service I received was one I never expected to be so positive when it comes to anything related to purchasing a house. Torus exceeded that expectation and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough, I will be using them in the future and making sure all my friends and family do too. Not only are they one of the most fairly priced in the area (I received some quotes for nearly double the price of Torus), but their attention to detail and openness when it comes to asking questions, even after you have received the survey and have any questions or concerns, are incredible. They were even more than happy for me to meet with the surveyor when they were finishing up so I could ask them a few questions in person, and Robert was so accommodating that he, off his own back, ran through the major points of it with me and took me through the house as he explained them. I purchased a level 3 full structural survey and the detail (with images) was second to none - very in depth, professional, and easy to read/understand.

Everybody I spoke with at Torus gave the impression that they would go out of their way to make their customers feel comfortable and satisfied, and again, as one of the most fairly priced surveyors in the area, they are easily the best in south Manchester as far as I’m concerned.

I would highly recommend Torus Surveyors. For a first time buyer the overall process is ridiculously complex, but Vicky and the team at Torus made the process of completing the building survey very easy. Vicky was very quick to communicate by email and phone, and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable through the process with her regular updates. The survey was booked in quickly despite the estate agent being difficult to get hold of, and Rob the surveyor called me the day of the survey to provide an update verbally. His verbal points and the written report a week later were very clear and useful.

We were very impressed from initial contact through to the survey being conducted. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and worked very efficiently. The surveyor was very thorough and a lot of detail was given even photos.
The production of the report was very fast and was followed up by a phone call with an overview of what was found by the surveyor. The surveyor left phone numbers also if we need further clarification. Excellent service which felt personalised. We would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a survey.

Absolutely amazing company!

We were in the process of buying a house and due to the quality survey carried out we massively dodged a bullet. The surveyor called the evening after the survey to explain the issues at hand and then even followed up further enquires via text and was on hand via phone for any further queries we may have had. This company is quality , exceptional customer service , expertise and knowledge. I would highly recommend them to anyone getting a survey in Manchester!

Good communication and quick turnaround from survey to report being provided.

The report itself was detailed and provided useful information. The surveyor also got in touch by phone to run through some of the findings, which was useful for reading between the lines on some of the issues reported on.

I had a Level 3 survey from Chris and he was very thorough with his inspection and report. The wording of the report was easy for me to understand. I had some questions and he was prompt in getting back to me on the phone to help me understand his findings.

Fantastic service from Torus. After various quotes from the survey comparison sites I selected Torus as they were competitive on price and local for me (Altrincham). I spoke to Vicky who advised on which survey was most suitable and answered any questions I had regarding the process prior to booking. They scheduled me in, sent a link for payment a few days prior to the survey, advised the survey went ahead and then I received a call from Stephen the surveyor who talked me through the highlights of the survey. We received our survey the following day. The survey level 2 was in great detail and put us at easy with our house purchase. Great smooth process and both Vicky and Stephen were always happy to help and informative.
