Amazing reliable company
I contacted Alfred during a difficult time when my aunt had to go into a care home. Her house was full from top to bottom after years of hoarding. Alfred was very easy to talk to and very helpful. Alfred was extremely fast in responding to my initial request and in going out to view the property. The work was done quickly and the guys did such a good job. Alfred kept me informed the whole time and even delivered boxes of paperwork to me. Would definitely use their services again!

Fantastic, personalised and respectful service
Alfred was extremely reassuring when he came to discuss clearing my parents’ house following bereavement. And I was so impressed that the belongings are sorted and dealt with properly. The team got on with the job and cleared the house and garage in just over a day - Kerry in particular was fantastic! The team also cleaned the house, and Alfred sent me videos and updates throughout the process. I can’t recommend this company enough.

Absolutely excellent service
Absolutely excellent service from the Company. A personal service which helped us enormously after a bereavement. We had a visit from Alfred the same day I contacted him, he explained in detail what would happen and how their business model worked. We were kept updated each stage of the clearance, followed up with videos and pictures of the end result.
On completion my family and myself were extremely delighted. The flat was cleared 100%, it was also cleaned and hoovered. Cannot rate them high enough. Highly recommended.

Great Service
I highly recommend Alfred and his team to carry out a house clearance after a bereavement. After looking around the property, Alfred gave a quotation to carry out a full house clearance and explained how this would be carried out and where the contents would be distributed. No pressure for accepting the quotation.
Full marks to his staff who carried out the clearance, the house was left immaculate on completion.

Outstanding service
Alfred was a joy to deal with both at the booking stage and on the day of removal. His team were hardworking and despite being on the top floor they never once complained. They did a great job, leaving the property tidy. I would recommend Alfred and his team for any house clearance work.

Contacted Alfred about clearing mum's house and he came that day to view it & give us a price, even picked me up on the way. House was cleared today, Alfred kept me informed & sent photos & videos of the progress. He even got his team to put the fire & fireplace back after I had asked them to remove it by mistake.
