Bought a 1 month membership ( REGRETTED IT )
Joined the house of resell discord page after seeing it advertised on Instagram , after 1 page in the group decided it wasn’t for me and politely messaged the owner via whop to see if I could be refunded especially after I made sure to leave the discord page so I couldn’t be seen to be requesting a refund on something I’m using. The owner Manny ignored all three of my messages on Whop and then I had an email today saying that my refund request has been declined so I’ve now been charged 35 pounds for 1 day of use in a discord server. If that doesn’t tell you all you need to know I don’t know what does.
UPDATED AFTER RESPONSE - Hi you could have explained your reasoning for denying my request for a refund when I messaged you on WHOP but as I mentioned in my review you did ignore me and I’ve got screenshot proof of this and the link to the chat. There was no effort to respond accordingly because on the chat the three messages I sent were read and ignored. Please don’t lie on here to save face when I’ve got the proof.

As you made use of our services, we were unfortunately unable to issue a refund. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we did offer you a complimentary month, which was not taken up.
We would also like to clarify that your messages were not ignored, and we made efforts to respond accordingly.
If you decide to give the server another try in the future, you are more than welcome to return.

Update after customer response:
We did inform you why the the refund was denied in the case details. The free month as a gesture of goodwill is still available if you would like it redeem it. Thank you.

Cannot recommend this service enough
Cannot recommend this service enough. I work a 9-5 and can still consistently make £500 a month with little effort with the help of this group. Staff are really helpful and information is very accurate and fast. I've also managed to build a healthy investment portfolio since joining almost 1 year ago
