Absolutely horrific. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They are the quality of Shein and ridiculously priced. They won’t offer refunds and its costs about £50 to send items back to China. Wish I had read reviews before I purchased. They’ve now pocketed £175 of my hard earned money for some dresses I could have made myself. AWFUL!!!!
Total Scam, the dress was like tissue and I paid €70 for it. It’s more expensive to send back again. Terrible company honestly you’d get better on shein.

Do not purchase - they have recently changed their name. Been fighting for a refund since April cost £25 to send the dress back and they refused delivery. They are fraudsters. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

It’s not made apparent on the website, but for returns you have to ship back to China ( you pay for postal). I shipped my items over a month ago (5th June) and still not got a refund, and they are ignoring all emails. Whatever you do, don’t order!!
Avoid like the plague they had me returning dresses at a cost of £30.00p postage on top of the cost of dresses £120.00p and now ignoring all emails to refund my money clothing is cheap nothing like photographs

They previuosly had a different company name and I have been emailing them for weeks trying to get a resolution for a dress that I purchased from them that was nothing like the dress shown on their website. I paid over £40 for the dress and the dress I received was cheap tat that looked like it came off Stacey Slaters market stall and was nothing like what what was on their website. When I tried to return it they told me I would have to pay the return fee and send it to China! In my most recent email to them the signature at the bottom of their email stated this new company name which they have obviously set up and closed the other one due to the volume of complaints and bad reviews they’ve received. Absolutely disgusting.
Do not shop on this website. The dress i ordered came and was too big. The material quality was poor and it costs nearly as much as I paid to return the dress. DO not shop on this website

As all other reviews state these people are scammers please take the advice in the other reviews and AVOID I wish I had!
The dress came in a matter of days from within the UK - not china. It was unsuitable and too large so contacted to return…they came back to tell me the cost to return would be down to me and did I want 10% discount to keep instead which I declined and asked for returns address. They came back again with 20% offer and still no address.
I then went back again to finally get the address which lo and behold was in china and was going to cost at least £20 to return.
They clearly do this to stop people returning products as the dress was not shipped from here. Due to the cost to return I reluctantly accepted 30% discount to keep instead which they told me I would receive in 10 business days….24 days later and still no refund and all you get is more lies about accounts teams and useless apologies.
Please avoid at all costs they are liars and scammers. Go spend your money elsewhere!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!! Item received after 4 weeks of waiting . The item was shipped from china and not the uk like stated on website and is a rip off version of a dress i later found from babyboo. I ordered the Serena dress for £45 and not only was it practically made out of tissue paper, even though I used the size guide the dress was so ill fitting. In addition to this they have told me they can only give a 10% refund and I will have to pay to ship it back to china for a silly amount of money.
Formally Victoria Bella. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are scammers. Refused to give me my money back as they completely ignored all emails once I told them I wanted my money back. They have now changed their name to house of valena. Probably to avoid the one star reviews
