Online Interview Training Course
Richard is an awesome guy. I reached out to him via LinkedIn in February. He then proceeded to give me full access to his Online Interview Training Course (discounted). After going through the course, I learned some new points and also reinforced a few that I already knew. All in all his material is good and keeps your head in the game.
That course helped me to get into an assistant manager position. Now, I'm going for a Senior Development Director position. Wish me luck!

Disappearing resources and difficulties in communicating
The resources are adequate in giving you an idea of what to expect - but the Police guides are out of date. Then the resources are removed from your online account and it takes a lot of emails to rectify this - their excuse is they ‘dont want them to be available for illegal downloads’ - which makes no sense as they are in your password protected account. There is no option to speak to an actual human being so you end up in a protracted back and forth email exchange where barrier after barrier is placed - persistence is key. Finally you are obliged to sign up to a monthly subscription that allegedly you can cancel anytime - however again, you cannot speak to anyone. You can’t simply ‘cancel’ in your account - it entails a back and forth exchange again.
This is such a shame as the resources (when you can access them) are handy (if out of date). But the difficulties in communication and the deliberate withdrawal of the resources that have been paid for, leads to a disappointing experience from what could be a great company

I engaged with Dave as I wanted training to help me to pass an interview for the police. I had two sessions one to one with him over the internet and I found it informative and helpful, intern it help me pass the police interviews/assessments.

Richard is second to none when it comes to preparing to any interview, his videos, his advices, his guidance, his mentoring is unmatched, his courses worth every penny, I used both Youtube and his paid courses, they are key factors in getting through any interview what so ever.
it doesn't matter it you get the job you will be interviewed for today or not, trust me his teaching will get you the job of your dreams sooner than you think.

An innate desire to genuinely transform lives positively
The videos leave a lasting impression in your mind, and when you are being interviewed, you keep remembering the answers Richard gave to different interview questions in different scenarios, adapting them to suit your own questions, which curiously enough, are often not too far off from the ones he tackled in his videos.
Richard has a deep passion for what he does, maybe that's why he is very good at it, and above all, he genuinely wants to help transform lives.
I stumbled upon his videos while mentoring my son as he prepared for an interview session to change jobs. He got the job and was able to transition fully to a better-paying role after watching Richard's YouTube videos.
