I can thoroughly recommend Howdens in Kingston - mainly because of Kirsty Evans-McLoughlin. Right from the start, she has been extremely helpful, personable, efficient - and very patient. Buying kitchens is not my idea of fun but, with her combination of professionalism and humour, Kirsty has made it a stress-free and positively enjoyable experience. I felt she was relating to me and my needs as an individual; she spent considerable time finding out what I wanted, talking me through and showing me what was available from the extensive selection and then producing a number of options and creative solutions that would fit the space and my budget. And, crucially for me, I always felt guided rather than pushed into making choices. At one point I needed something done at very short notice and Kirsty came up trumps. On a site visit, and subsequently, she worked constructively with my builders. In short - Kirsty’s levels of customer service are excellent - she is a credit to the company.

Knowing that two members of our family had been delighted with the kitchens they purchased through Howdens, we went to our local branch (Cleethorpes) in search of advice and a quotation. After reviewing several kitchen supplier options we decided to go with Howdens. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive. However, we felt they offered best value for money and everyone we dealt with was helpful and courteous. Our main contact on design and configuration was Selena Thomas, who worked closely with us during the process to put together our new kitchen plan. We encountered a few pushbacks, such as my "mega" floor to ceiling wine rack wouldn't fit where I wanted it but Selena came up with great solutions to ensure we ended up with everything we wanted. From the names of installers supplied we selected Matt Garland for the fitting. After the anticipated upheaval, dust and debris of the old kitchen demolition, brief losses of water and power we watched in anticipation as the new kitchen went together.
The result exceeded our expectations, as the tranformation was completed. The finished product has a showroom feel about it the quality is easily apparent and we are both so pleased with Howdens, the installers and everyone who contributed.

From our very first visit to the store in Winchester we were treated really well and the level of customer service was outstanding. Curtis and Liza were our initial contacts and they were brilliant, both very knowledgeable in the products that they are promoting and all visits to our property were punctual and meaningful. Throughout our journey, nothing has been too much and they have responded immediately to any queries we have had. We have formed very good working relationships with them and when we have visited the store we have been treated like royalty. The products themselves are extremely well made. Got my Kitchen from Howden @ Port Dundas Glasgow. From the first phone call to Christine coming out and planning exactly what I wanted to completion Howdens have been fantastic. Great customer services always available to answer any of my queries. Would definitely highly recommend.

I used Howden's Oxford for an entire flat refurbishment for the first time this year. I ordered a complete kitchen with worktops,new oven, hob, laminate flooring, doors and all the handles, hinges etc. From the initial measuring up to receiving the delivery on the agreed day, I cannot fault their service.
The items delivered were great quality for the price and not one item was damaged. A special thanks to Laura & Ant in Oxford for making the whole process stress free and ensuring everything was delivered in stages on time.
I wholeheartedly recommend and will be using again.

Went to Howdens Hayes and selected my kitchen in summer 2017. Was assisted by Parm and Shiv who made the selection process a breeze as well as going the extra mile to rearrange deliveries when my builders caused delays! Would highly recommend! Great prices and good quality.

Last year i ordered my kitchen from Howdens Hayes and the service was great, they catered to my requirments, the member of staff Parm, went through the designs and made my vision come true! Would recommend.

WAYE WICKETS came out to fix my leaking tap (that 3 other plumbers had tried to fix) and fixed it for me. He was on time quick and very polite. In very pleased with his service and would highly recommend him.
