How To Train A Dream Dog Avis 

This course changed our lives! The #1 lesson for me (many others but this was top) was SLEEP - explaining how important it really is to have your pup get the proper amount and quality of sleep and why! Loved this course, thank you all!

The course itself is comprehensive, detail-orientated, and helpful. I got the pro-level, thinking it was fully refundable without reading the fine print. After a day or two, I realized that the time I needed to put in to watch the videos, read the workbook, record the dog, do the homework, join in the zoom calls and ask questions was overwhelming for me. Put on top of it having to take care of the puppy and the household (and the hubby) and myself I was so stressed. I knew I needed one on one help, in person, and asked for a refund and was going to use that money for a trainer. I was denied because I didn't read the fine print. My fault, ok but be sure to read the fine print. Turns out I don't use the FB group and the zoom meetings much because I just don't have that much time in the day. I am getting through the course and many, many (did I say many) videos slowly but it is still so very overwhelming. I personally have to watch things 2-3 times to "get it" so that's just more time I don't have. Michelle is excellent at what she does and you can see she truly cares and does a fabulous job at instruction. I wish I could go to her in person and pay for training for both my puppy and myself. In a nutshell, the course is excellent but very time-consuming.

Edited review: Unfortunately, I wish that we could have access to the Pro Level resources and Facebook page for a longer duration. I realize the information is invaluable but wish I had enrolled later when I had more time to dedicate to watching the zoom calls and asking questions. This is not the fault of the company, but rather my own fault. I do wish that now that I have time, I could access the Facebook and Zoom calls.

I signed up the the PRO level one evening. Received the welcome emails from them the following day. I attended my first zoom call the day after and discovered, through hearing the trainers talk that this program wasn't going to be any help for my particular circumstances, which I had emailed ahead of time were the issues i needed help on. So that was the only ENCOUNTER i had with them before writing them the very next morning after the zoom call asking for my refund, as i had only used the pro level zoom call ONE single time. But instead of beiing the customer service oriented company I would have liked, they were only about screwing me out of my money! Forget that i wasn't happy with their services and just wanted to call it quits after 1.5 days. THEY dug their heels in and demanded to keep all the money I paid and then threw this bone "you can still use its services for 3 months"! OBVIOUSLY if i wanted to use their services i wouldn't have wanted a refund!
NEVER do business with this company again! EXPENSIVE Lesson learned!!

This course was awesome! The methods are easy to understand and very effective. It is making training very enjoyable for me and my puppy!

I am beyond impressed with the quality of the HTTADD program. I had a serious case of “puppy blues” when my puppy first came home — HTTADD's support and guidance was foundational in helping me to persevere. I appreciated the compassionate approach to dog training - it helped me to stay grounded and patient with the process. They helped me to better understand my puppy's needs and how to create a language between the two of us. Not only did I learn how to teach my dog skills, I learned how think about and apply concepts to everyday life. On top of that, I felt incredibly supported in all aspects of puppy parenting and really appreciated being able to interact with other puppy parents going through the process. Honestly, the price we pay is a steal for all that we get.

Good, straight forward guidance, delivered in a simple, very doable format. The structure of the program is perfect for pups (<9 months), not too sure on how older dogs would respond.

Title of the program is perhaps a bit misleading. You won’t have a Dream Dog in 30 days; but you will learn, in 30 days, what you need to work on to have a Dream Dog. (Shhhhh . . . spoiler alert . . . there is no magic path . . . you need to train the dog in front of you. Some take more time, some take less).

The gals presenting the material absolutely set the proper tone for all new dog owners; they are top-notch!

Overall, a very good program for do-it-yourselvers.

Extremely satisfied and happy with the Pro-level course material and support: We have thoroughly enjoyed and learned from all the Pro-level training videos and advice provided by your program. It has be fun as well as given us practical knowledge regarding How to Train a Dream Dog. All the personal support during twice weekly Zoom online meetings and the weekly Work it out Workshop has been like having access to multiple personal trainers in the comfort of our own living room! All the safety and training advice has given us the tools to provide a safe and stimulating home for our puppy. He loves learning new skills by playing the training games!
After 3 months of this Pro-level course, PogiBoi is far from perfect but he is definitely on his way to being a loved and valued part of our family because your program and support has taught us that patience is key. It has also given us the support we needed when dealing with a crazy puppy was honestly quite overwhelming.
We are so happy that we can still review all the lessons at our leisure and continue to teach him so many valuable skills. At this time his behavior is very manageable and his personality is so sweet and affectionate that we believe that we can continue to train him on our own. Thank you so much for your help and unrelenting support! In the last three months I can see how your program has helped so many new puppy owners! My only wish is that your program was available years ago when we got our first pup (now 5yrs old). We invested in so many puppy training classes that were a fraction as helpful but multiple times the cost.

There's so much information packed into this course! It's all important and easily relates to our puppy raising experience. I'm glad it will be available to us in the future as we couldn't get to all the videos in the allotted time...we were busy doing our best to begin to raise a Dream Dog!

The training program includes substantial written materials to help with training a brand new puppy and all the videos on YOuTube Plus extras AND then live-zoom 'office hours' multiple times a week. This is a terrific program emphasizing positive training and ways to build a great relationship with your new pup. I'm so impressed with the expertise and learning of the trainers!

I am so thankful i decided to sign up with the professional version of the How To Train a Dream Dog course. So many step by step videos on how to work with your dog to accomplish standard commands. Access to the trainers help with any issues you may encounter with your puppy. The facebook page is extremely helpful to see what other puppy owners are facing and then seeing the trainers response.

First I liked the site and all the details they had together with cute pictures. Very informative and made me realize more about dogs and how to live with one. The best part is free course for new puppy. I love it so much and think of buying the next level

I purchased the pro version right after I got my puppy because it seemed like a better deal but I ended up being disappointed. There's SO MUCH content that you need to watch and read. For each topic, they will be briefly explained and then you'll need to watch an additional 5 15 minute videos. With a full time job, I found it impossible to read and watch all the content, attend all the zoom sessions, and still have time to cook my own meals, shower, and clean my apartment. This program drove me crazy. The training schedule makes your whole life focused around your puppy and it's entirely unreasonable for someone who works. I work from home and struggled a lot with balancing the schedule and my work.

A lot of advice in the course also seems best suited for those living in a house and for those who work in the office. For example, letting my puppy cry it out is impossible with neighbors and while I'm trying to work and attend meetings on my laptop. It's also very geared towards people who can take time off work to slowly situate their dogs in.

The program would benefit from a much more streamlined approach. Content should be more concise. Videos should be shorter or they should have "chapters" where you can skip around to the part that you need. There should be video transcripts for each video.

The 7 day return policy is very unfair, I bought it before getting my puppy and there's a lot of hoops that you have to jump through in order to get a return (taking videos, talking to trainers, etc). I made an honest attempt to try and follow the course but when I realized the course wasn't for me it was too late to attempt a refund.

I ended up hiring a personal trainer local to me and that saved my life and sanity.

Great program. I tried two other popular online programs and asked for a refund because they were the "same old tired approach" to puppy training, no real opportunity to get one on one support, and one was pretty dated. Michele keeps the program up to date, is extremely generous with her time, and is clearly dedicated to helping every dog become a dream dog!

i have a pickanease and she is very demanding and possesive so as she grows older she became lonely and i thaught of getting her a mate so i went to the shelters and found a young pup doberman beging for freedom. gf not to happy about it anycase
got home with the new pup who was verry exited checking out his new envirement full of energy running up and down sniffing and searching
untill he encounterd the older dog at first rhe where interacting geting to now one another
and as we all know a new pup n the house requires lots of love and attension all went well the first few days new pup knows where to do his busness he is well settled in
on monday came home from work greeted the dogs cleaned the yard and the new pup looked like it was back in the shelter so i started monitoring the situasion for a few days the older dog started bullying the pup when i was at work

so i got myself a mauel and started with the program
for both of my dogos

it went okay for the first 8 days but they started to reject eachother both gets lots of attension and love

so i went back to howtotrainadreamdog.com to ask for assitance am i doeing something wrong to fast to much what can be wrong

so they assisted me to get a trainer best decicion i could make in a long time

3 months down training and the two dogos are happier as ever the older one has much more love and steadiness
