The staff have a touch of class about them every step of the way. From the hotel in advance, offers of transport to and from it, food on the day, and more.

The staff were impeccable. Dr Matt was solid, explained everything well and I never once felt self conscious, or anxious about the procedure - even after the inevitable shaving of the head!

I might have had an out of body experience having never fainted in my life, but the whole time was honestly, perfect. The after care has been sound, and I was even offered a discount due to it being a quiet period.

Very professional and friendly. From the day of the surgery to the check ups afterwards, everything has been spot on. Yes it's a bit more expensive than going to Turkey but it's worth paying the extra and getting the best treatment all around. Wish I had gotten it done sooner.

Fantastic experience at HQ. I had a very professional consultation where I was made to feel comfortable and given all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I then had a great experience on the day of the surgery with Ted and the rest of the very professional team. My results after 6 months are already life changing and I'm so glad I decided to have an FUE transplant at HQ. I had seen a number of clinics for consultations and I knew at HQ I was in the best hands. The procedure was a bit more expensive than a few others I had approached but I'm so glad I spent the extra bit of money on a really premium professional job. The small details to do with hair placement, angle and density make the result look super natural and just epic. Honestly cannot express how amazing they are. All team members are so friendly and helpful. Especially seeing as I had this procedure done at the age of 21, my hair was my biggest insecurity and was really starting to affect the way I lived my life. From the initial video consultation with Xavier through toe the final appointment the service was top notch. Everything was explained in detail prior to me committing to the procedure helping me feel at ease and confident of going ahead with it.

On the Day of the operation Doctor Ted and the members of his team (apologies for not remembering all their names, the procedure itself took place in December 2021) were friendly and reassuring. The procedure went ahead with no issues and I was talked through the aftercare process.

A hair transplant was something I’d considered for a few years and I’m so glad I finally took the leap, it’s really transformed my self-confidence. I can’t imagine a better experience than the one I’ve had with HQ.

I came across HQ and had a consultation as it was the nearest clinic (beware lots of UK companies say they have clinic locations that they actually don't, they're just sales offices). I knew from the start I didn't want travel overseas and have all the risks that come with it.

I met Dr Ted for an in-person consultation and he advised on the best route for me, we talked through pros and cons for FUE and FUT and hairline design. I ended up going with an FUT option to preserve harvest area for the future if I wanted to have another procedure down the line. Advice was honest and balanced and I felt like everything was my decision ultimately.

On the day of the procedure I was made to feel super comfortable, they sit you down and talk you through exactly what happens at each point in the day, you take a few pills and head in to the treatment room.

Throughout the procedure they ensured I wasn't in any pain, regularly asking if I was comforatble and making adjustments where needed. There's a break for lunch and snacks to keep you going. The implantation stage in the afternoon was quite relaxing with TV with Netflix etc. available to watch.

I ended up having more grafts that were originally quoted as they managed to yeild more than they thought from the strip.

First few nights are a bit tough but it wasn't as bad as I expected and I was sent away with clear instructions about hou to sleep and what to do and not do.

Then the waiting game begins, but by the 6/7 month mark I was already pretty happy and things got better and better.

Overall I would say if you are considering a procedure and want to ensure you are well looked after start to finish, go to HQ.

I found HQ to be super professional outfit from the person who fields customer queries to the people at the top.

I was given the highest level of care and patience by the support staff, explaining risks and procedures, and being on hand throughout the day of procedure to allay any fears or concerns.

Dr Egan performed the surgery with the highest standard professionalism and patience. He was always on hand for the next year with any concerns or questions I had regarding progress.

A year on from the surgery, I am happier and more confident because of the excellent work carried out.
