Beware

Beware: These gentleman are dangerous. They will make many promises to you and not honor most of them. You will hit with many, many hidden fees, delays on getting you money and virtually no help after you set the account up...which will cost you hundreds of dollars. What is worse, is that they communicate with "industry providers" about your account and if you complain or question them about these practices they "Black Ball" you with other providers. Not sure how they are in business.

Very Satisfied and Thankful to HRMA LLC

I was very happy with Mark's help at HRMA LLC. Mark patiently assisted me to iron out every step that I needed to get my business in compliance with the necessary requirements to obtain a merchant account. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received and I have thankfully obtained a new processor and Mark has followed up with me to ensure everything is running smooth. Really, really great service from this company!

Angie at HRMA-LLC was great to work…

Angie at HRMA-LLC was great to work with. I had reservations about moving to accept credit cards but this process was so much easier than I thought. Angie helped each step of the way and I would highly recommend HRMA-LLC for new business owners looking to accept cards.

The fact of the matter is we have no record of you in our database. We are a United States company and only do business domestically within the USA. Staff has checked phone records and emails and no record of you ever contacting us.

We have forwarded this to our attorney for review, as we find your post slanderous.
