Every time that I have asked for support, they have come through within the hour, and most of the time, within seconds. They're always super kind and quick to figuring out your problem. When there is issues with the server, they always let you know right away.

Great communication, great services, i really enjoy my time with this Palworld 8GB server host.

just wanted to say to anyone thinking of getting a server here we have had it for a hot minute and have used others like shockbyte and wanted to let yall know this service is amazing even with all the issues going on in palworld the customer support has been top tier and responds in minutes compared to waiting 4 days for shockbyte if you are on the fence jump this is a amazing server hoster!

I have used quite a few server hosts before, but this one is something else. I honestly never heard about it before until I searched for a server host for Palworld and gave it a try. Best decision ever!
Intuitive and great looking UI and very easy to use and set up. You also get amazing performance for a rather low price.
I dont exactly know how, but their support is otherwordly. I had a small issue and created a ticket. The ticket and thus the issue, was resolved in LESS than 5 minutes after ticket creation, while also getting to know why the issue happened and how the issue got resolved within those 5 minutes.

New Customer coming from Trying a lot of others hosts like Shockbyte GravelHost and a few others, so will only really rate what I’ve experienced,

First of all the the pricing, while definitely not the Cheapest, still very on the Budget side compared to others, while offering Modern Powerful CPU’s, High Speed and Amount of RAM for the price compared to for example Shockbyte, renting a PalWorld server here your getting a Faster CPU’s, and almost 3x the dedicated RAM,

Secondly the Customer Support, it’s Lightning Fast, Super Helpful and willing to help out with anything, it also seems like these dudes never sleep, always Available,

I have rented many servers from all the big companies over the years but Horizon Hosting has been my best experience so far, the modern UI and control panel is been very refreshing and user friendly. Perfect server performance combined with a truly incredible custom service leaves me no choice but to recommend it very highly, you would be a fool to look elsewhere.
The professional and friendly support, put me at ease in the very rare occasion where an issue would arise and the staff are extremely helpful, providing links to guides and quick response times.

Good silver host, very cheap. One Thing the deedos protection is not very good. But otherwise a great hosting. I suggest you to buy it if you're starting up.

anytime i had issues with hosting a BeamMP server i create a ticket and almost immediately get a response. i think one time before i had a ticket go unanswered for a think a day but it was also super late at night. anyways super friendly and helpful staff and very resourceful. had one of the staff members actually jump in a voice chat with me to ensure i was doing everything correctly. when my renewal comes around next year i will definitely be re upping my servers with them

very good hosting service which ive been using on and off for a while now. they also offer great support for any issues, and generally have a very high value for the quality of their services

No issues till now with them, service is great, their team is great also, they helped me even with mods that did not work and has nothing to do with their hosting, honestly i did not expect this great of a service!

The server is very sh**ty, mods & maps do not work at all, NO CANCEL BUTTON! And to ask if anybody knows how to cancel the payment on the website, the discord thing doesn't even work! So I don't know what to do except wait until the thing is due so i can cancel it with my card. Because this is complete bull. No tutorials on anything and I had to figure it out myself. This is a completely sh**ty server host and the negatives are not shown in the open to get you seen. I don't even get 20GB when I paid for 20GB OF SERVER STORAGE! this is outrageous. $1.25 my a*s.

Since I did not have a positive encounter with the host, I posted a negative review almost a year ago. The server experience was poor and the support was terrible. Since they remove the negative reviews, they appear to be a fantastic host! Don't suggest using this host, and if you've ever registered on this website and cancelled a product, good luck! Your email will be flooded with spam until you remove the account! The invoicing email from Horizon Networks is still spamming my spam folder despite the fact that I have blocked it.

My experience with them is just wonderful.
I have zero buyers remorse and have been using them for a few weeks now. The support is unbelievable, I have had 2 issues (isolated issues I caused) and they went above and beyond. I will continue to use them now and in the future and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to host servers.
