Returned a parcel to a point. My closest one has closed down so now have to travel further. The guy in the new one was very friendly and helpful 5 stars to him. But need to return another one and now the new one has also disappeared from the drop down search.

My parcel will send it to totally wrong Place. Poor service and do not recommend to use this.

Text received at 1010 parcel ready for pick, do the 25km trip only to find it isn't, advised text sent when courier picks it up, turn up next day at 1130, another wasted trip, now a LWE and I get a reminder it ready.... Will ring pick up tomorrow later in day to see if it turns up... But never again will I use it...

I went to Watson Chemist Birkdale and received assistance by a very welcoming person. I got advice it had been received back to Shein within two days. Couldn't ask for better

Returned my iconic order to the local post office.
The woman in the post office seemed like it was all a huge hassle, was unhappy that she had to print a label, then charged me $1.20 to print the label for me. When I said I didn’t have cash because I didn’t think there was a charge she said “returns are expensive” (however, always free in my previous experience)
I have a printer at home and usually return through Aus post, thought I’d give this a try but won’t be using again.

I went to the ParcelPoint in Rouse Hill Town Centre to return some items to the seller. Unfortunately the information I wrote down on the parcel was incomplete, so I was told by the young man on the front desk. It turned out that I had not even finalised the return online. I meant to leave to do it at home but the young man offered to process it himself. That was so very helpful and I was very grateful. Five stars for service!

Very slow. Customer service is nonexistent. No one to call and they have no online chat system. Don't use this company if you need something by a certain date.

The agent at Menai news agency was extremely rude to me because I had some questions about my return and he was irritated that I had asked him anything. I had not used this service before, hence my question. Was not a pleasant experience. Will never go back to spend any money in his news agency!

Still sitting in the depot at Bungaribee NSW for nearly a month, in regards to a return of a faulty item to get my money back. Absolutely pathetic service. Never again eBay.

I was home during the delivery time, with no access issues to my house or roadworks, and indeed had contractors parked on my driveway with the garage and front door wide open, yet the driver still registered my delivery as "Failed".

The delivery driver clearly did not even attempt to deliver this parcel.

As a result, I now need to drive for 20 minutes to a location that is no where near convenient and with limited opening hours to pick up a parcel I had ordered express delivery for.

Customer service were absolutely no help and simply provided the address that I had to pick the parcel up for.

Would rate 0 stars if I could.

My code was denied and I couldn’t pick up my parcel

I had 30 minutes lunch break to collect a parcel, I arrived at 13:00 hours at their office at 20 Podger Lane North Fremantle, which was locked and was greeted by a notice on the door advising that the desk was closed for lunch til 13:30. I rang their after-hours number, the lady who answered said she'd get the desk clerk to open up for me but nobody came to open the office so I was forced to wait til 13:30, making my customers back at my workplace wait; what lousy service. I have no doubt that their notoriously discourteous reputation is well earned

Absolutely terrible - have been waiting for my parcel to be picked up for 35 days now.

Have raised it with support 8/9 times now and each time they advise me "they will book it for pick up".

Do not ever use..
