Your order, placed on February 12th, did experience a delay beyond our typical estimated timeframe. While we communicated that orders may take time due to small-batch production, we recognize that your experience did not meet expectations.
Regarding communication, we do respond to customers, but during periods of high volume, response times can be longer than normal. That said, no customer should feel ignored, and we are actively improving this.
We also want to address the claim about our team. We stand behind our staff and do not condone unprofessional behavior. At the same time, we expect conversations to remain respectful on both sides.
Finally, you mentioned disputing the charge. If a refund has been issued through your credit card provider, then the matter has already been resolved financially.
