Just want to take my time to give my thoughts on Huertas jewlery! These guys are the real deal, I had such a great experience ordering and getting all my questions answered on point. The whole team was very helpful and polite, got my order on time like they promised. Looking at their pics on the website the jewlery looked nice and well made but when I recieved it was the real surprise! Their merchandise is top 10 or more in quality, the pics don't make justice until u have it in person! I ordered the centenario w a bezel silver/ mossionate and damn was I surprised of how beautiful and well made it was, very rare to see nice quality work on jewlery and to me it is by far some of the best, I will definitely do buisness w them for a while and I highly recommend anyone to purchase some of their stuff before it goes up in price. HUERTAS JEWLERY, THANK U SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! BADD ASS!

Do not trust them. I ordered two items from them, one a 6 mm 8 inch bracelet and the second a 6 mm 20 in chain. Both Rose gold. Only the bracelet showed up and not the chain. And the bracelet was only 5 mm not six. When I wrote and told them they originally said send back the bracelet after I had to send them a picture and they would replace it with the 6mm and at the same time would send the chain with the replacement bracelet. However, after I sent the bracelet back I got an email from them saying well is 5.2 or 5.4 mm they don't have a six and don't sell a six they just round it up. That is false advertising and basically fraud. Moreover, now they said they believe the chain was sent and they wanted proof of the box and the original envelope it came in. In order for me to prove I didn't get the chain. It's impossible to prove a negative. You cannot prove you did not get something. So bottom line they're sending back a chain they sold me under false pretenses and I don't get the chain and lost money. Don't trust them don't ever buy from them

I bought a piece i wasn't too sure about and HuertaJewelry was quick to accommodate me and guide me thru the returning process. I ended up keeping my piece . Nothing to complain about with HuertaJewelry!
