Exceptional quality. Ordered one day and it was at my door the next (I am local to the company, but still - personalised delivery is so fantastic) This was purchased for my best friend because I love mine so much I couldn't have them not have this post baby. Will recommend this to anyone that suffers with bloating, pain etc
I received the band and heat packs all are brilliant and we love the comfort of the belt and being able to move it to where ever we need it. Packaging is perfect thank you and as my daughter just had a baby it’s been a god send cheers

Amazing! I am 16 weeks pregnant with twins, and just got my belt today. I have to say I’ve tried several different ones before, and none worked. This one is something else: it really does support my already big belly and helps with back pain and round ligament pain. Two thumbs up and a big hurray from me!
Incredible quality. Well sized. Supportive and comfortable during the end of my pregnancy. I’m so excited to use it postpartum also. I highly recommend this support belt.

What an absolute game changer and a must have for us mamas. 5.5 months postpartum and it has been a lifesaver. Super comfy, quality is amazing, quick and easy to put on, I can even lounge around and it doesn't feel uncomfortable.
So happy I found something that is just perfect as a busy mum when needing a little extra support. 100% recommend this to new and pregnant mums
This belt has been great for my post-partum recovery. After having a caesarean birth it has been relieving to have a heat pack on my lower back and cool bag on my incision. The added benefit of being able to complete tasks while wearing it is a big YES from me!
As a midwife I love these belts for my clients especially in the postpartum. They feel soft and comfortable, don’t dig in like your conventional “belly band”
The warm/cold option is a game changer for involution pain. If you are an expecting mother this is a great item for your postpartum and beyond.

Over the moon to hear the Hug & Heat Belt is being used for the exact reason I designed it! And to hear the comfort is above conventional belly bands, as this was a big focus in the design process. No more mesh feel or digging in, particularly when sitting down in it! Yay! Thank you Barbara!

Such an amazing product that provides so much relief and comfort at the same time. Freedom to move around while using the packs either hot or cold in the band is a game changer. I use to stuff my heat bags or ice packs in my tights, but while moving around it was just uncomfortable and awkward. Thank you hug and heal co for creating this product that allows you to get on with your busy everyday life while still helping give support and relief.
So much relief! And not just for me, but for my partner who has a bad back also! He likes it cold, whereas I am loving the heat side of it for the hormonal times, or when I'm achy and sore from carrying kids around, or if I'm just feeling like I need a cozy relax time on the couch. This beautifully presented product has been a game changer for me.
Being in my 60's I have the occasional endometriosis attacks that can last for days plus wear and tear in my back.
Also the usual stomach pains.
I find that the Hug & Heal belt doesn't just take away my pain and leaves me mobile but supports my core like a big firm hug. I would recommend it for all age groups.

The hug & heal belt is my absolute life saver during my monthly’s. It helps me manage my lower back and ovarian pain during my period and keeps me on the go so I can chase my babies. Wish this product was around when I had 2 x C-Sections. Highly recommended this brand it’s amazing!

I have had 2 c-section births and struggled with both menstrual and ovulation pain for years. And it just so happened the day my Hug and Heat Belt arrived I was experiencing ovulation pain. The relief was almost instant!!! I felt supported, held together, and the warmth on my front and back was incredible! I was so sceptical about there being another pregnancy-related belt on the market but I'm in love! I love the high sides on it, the fact it can actually be worn under clothes and I can sit down in it without having to readjust or it curling back on itself - such a game changer and so handy when my hands are full with the kids.
