DO NOT USE THEM! Bait and Switch.

First so you know, I worked in corporate america for 20 years and my husband and I own a tech start up so you can trust this review. We are honest people that just want to warn others so they do not make the same mistake we did and engage with this company. This company is a total SCAM - they promise you the world and then when the trucking company shows up, it is nothing even close to the quote. I was quoted $1600 for 300 cubic feet or 44 bins/ boxes for a move for my daughter from Pittsburgh to Florida. She did not have 300 cubic feet or 44 bins/boxes but we were told that is the minimum to ship which we understand and were ok with paying. When the movers got there, the man on the truck measured it to be approximately 110Cubic feet and 20 boxes (not even half the space we payed for) which we expected BUT THEN his non-english speaking "Boss" got on the phone and but it into his "special AI ap" and said it was 500 cubic feet and we owed additional $2,000! We told him it was not even the minimum we paid for and he said - "pay it or we leave" My daughter was starting a job so we HAD to have it there but knew he was scamming us. We called the Broker that sold it it to us (JOHN - be very leary of him - he will say anything to get you to sign and then ghost you!!)HUGE VAN LINES for help and they would not even respond to our call or help us in the moment. I have emailed him, called him texted him - NOTHING. They left us stranded with a mover that was basically extorting us. They also said they would not meet the QUOTED 3-5 day delivery, that they only guarantee 30 days so we had no way to get her stuff for her new job there in time. The movers left and we had to rent a minivan and load it and drive ourselves - and it all fit - which 500 cubic feet would never fit into a min-van. HUGE Van lines took our 600 deposit and then never talked to us again- they could care less about their customers once you pay. Please do NOT get scammed like we did. CHOOSE another mover!!

• A broker only – not actual freight carrier.
• If I knew they were going to entrust my belongings to such a subcontractor I would have gone elsewhere.
• Either salesman (John W) lied or the company is totally incompetent.
• Everything I was told turned out to be untrue. (Was told that they probably would not charge for the additional two steps. And if they did it would only be $25. It was $200. Was told that delivery would be about three days. It was 25 days (21 Oct.-15 Nov.)
• Get the insurance – several items (flat screen TV, computer monitor, family heirloom table) went missing.
• As an army brat I moved every three years. This was the worst I have ever experienced.
• Was quoted $3229 for the move of two rooms from Vienna VA to Clearwater FL (319 miles)
when it was done, actual cost $6517.48. This includes the additional $800 cash the driver demanded at midnight.
• When things went south John W. would not respond to texts.
• A desk that had gone around world (twice) was severely damaged.
