This is the third foldable crate I’ve…

This is the third foldable crate I’ve bought but unfortunately the quality of this one was not as good as the previous two. The stitching on the zip leaves the seams not lying flat and the ends of the internal rods were left unfinished. In the other two they were finished nicely with rubber ends. It is a pity if shortcuts are being taken as this is a good product - I would be wary about buying again whereas previously I was very impressed.

The item came without a squeeze woofer sent a email wanted a photo the woofer noise is inside so nothing happened

Ancol dog collars

The Ancol dog collars I ordered being bright red in the HugglePets website photos aren’t the colour of the actual collars that arrive. Whilst this is as much Ancol’s fault as it is HugglePets, Ancol have agreed to re photo their products to reflect the new colour range they now produce. Having said that HugglePets have taken a ridiculous amount of time to refund the cost of the collars even though they confirmed receipt of the returned items a while ago.

I have had a look into your complaint and can see that you placed your order for two of the Ancol Heritage collars in red.

You reported to us that we had sent the incorrect colours and that you intended to return the items back to us. Due to you reporting that you had received the incorrect items, we requested images of the items received along with the barcodes on the tag of the items - this helps us determine which item has been received.

Once you sent the requested images over, we were able to confirm that the correct items had been received. However, as we could too see that the item was advertised in a different shade of red to what you received, we agreed to provide a pre-paid returns label in order to get both of these items back to us, to then provide you with a refund.

This was then reported back to Ancol, our supplier of these items, who will be providing us up to date images of this particular item for advertisement purposes.

I can see that we received an email from yourself on the 16th of December chasing your refund out of work hours. We got back to you the next working day, informing you that your refund had been processed however, it may take a few working days to show back into your account, this can often take between 3-10 working days, unfortunately.

I do apologise for any inconvenience caused. I am glad to see this matter has now been resolved.

Your product is defective

Your product is defective, not fit for sale. Your Customer Service was non existent. Your claim of the tray being a free gift is ridiculous as it is an integral part of the crate. To cap it off you offer me a refund if I pay for it to be returned to you. It weighs 30 plus kgs. I will never buy anything from you again and will use all avenues to publicise your pathetic and insulting service. you should receive a claim in the Small Claims Court in the New Year. Your company is a disgrace.

Hi Julian. I am very sorry to hear that you feel this way. I have monitored all correspondence sent between yourself and our customer service team.

An order was placed by yourself on the 9th Dec 2021 for the Giant Dog cage. This was dispatched from us on the same day on a 48 hour service and delivered to you on the Saturday 11th.

As per our terms and conditions shown on our website "In the unlikely event that an item arrives to you damaged (this is a very rare occurrence but accidents can happen) please make a note on the delivery drivers notes if you are requested to sign for it. It is important that you contact us within 1 working day of the item being delivered as the couriers require a report of damage within this time. It can also be helpful to us to send us photos of the damage we can forward to the couriers and this ensures we can help you with your issues as promptly as possible."

Whilst we appreciate all photographs were sent to us once requested, the damage was not reported to us until the 17th of December, which is almost a week after the delivery was made. We were happy to look into this as a gesture of goodwill giving the time passed.

Upon checking the photographs which were sent over from yourself of the damage, it was evident that the damage reported was shown on the tray supplied with the crate. As stated in our listing, the tray is a free gift with the cage. This information is provided in our advertisement for all customers to read before purchasing this item with us.

As stated in our recent email, you are welcome to return the crate if you require a full refund.
