Yea Idk about Hugoway any more. Lately my SLs has be triggered a lot. Too much wic fishing with this broker. Crazy thing is some long wics that are formed with hugosway are not that long on other brokers. But the last straw for me was when price clearly went passed my TP and wasn’t triggered. I’m still confused about that. Trading BTCUSD My Tp was at 23298. The wic went all they way down to 22806 then went back up. How on earth pass my TP by 500 points and not trigger my TP. But if it was a SL it would have been triggered.

Today the market closed and I was in a hedged position, US30. My buy was in profit and my sell was negative but I had 819 in margin. When the market closed another sell position was opened that I didn’t do. It even had a TP and SL. My negative trade was closed and withdrawn from my balance. They are trying to make me have margin issues to take my money. My buy position. Was even moved to current price when I was well in profit.

Do not use this company, especially if you are from the US! This company will do everything in their power to keep your money! I have tried to withdraw my money 4 times and I keep getting the runaround! I was told by a representative that my request would go through for my withdrawal, and then I get another rejection email! They make it easy to take your money, but difficult to get your money out! I absolutely HATE this company!!!!!

Deposited money never came into my account
I have been depositing money to hugosway with no problem until this time, I deposited money using bitcoin. It has been more than 3 days and I have still not received my money on my account. The customer service keeps saying the same thing that it is in the blockchain base. They stole my money. I will never recommend them and I will advise all my friends to find another broker. Until they give me back my money, they will be on my unrecommended list. Please stay away from them.

Hugosay was a very quick and easy…
Hugosay was a very quick and easy process to open an account, customer support were very responsive when needed.
They have a big range of crypto pairs to trade although I only trade the majors myself so cant comment on the other smaller pairs they have. Leverage is really good at 100:1 and Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals made everything quick and easy.
Overall not experienced any negative sides to Hugosway when it comes to crypto trading, so very happy and they tick all the boxes i was looking for.

Unregulated criminal broker
Please stay away from this broker, and don't ever send them any document! Hugo way is an unregulated criminal broker doing identity theft! They will steal your ID and get rid of you right away once your documents are given to them! The KYC is a total scam and should not be used by anyone who wants to risk their money on this unregulated scam broker! I wanted to do my KYC to connect other payment methods but once they received my documents plus a selfie with the date of today with on it the name of Jamie, the useless shift leader, the blocked my account! This is how this kind of broker treats a brand-new customer. But the thing is anyone can have multiple accounts under different emails using a VPN. So, you can see the untrained HUGO staff don't have any common sense! I am waiting for a call from the supervisor and thinking to fly over there to meet Jamie to teach him some respect regarding the precious documents they stole from me!
I will post everything on Forex Peace Army in the next few days and open a case for them over them! They already have a bad review over there, and believe me this case will be the nail in the coffin. KYC documents are only a requirement for clients who want to use deposit and withdrawal methods other than Bitcoin. If you choose to submit KYC documents, the name registered on your account must match the name on the submitted documents. Otherwise, clients will need to update their account details. I’ve previously put 50 bucks into a account. The following week I put another 50 but the wallet link I was transferred to on blockchain didn’t transfer to my hugosway wallet. I’ve contacted them and they found it and transferred it. But it had happened again and apparently they said we’ve already reimbursed you the 50 but in reality I didn’t get my 50 bucks transferred to the account. I still have proof that they owe me 50 bucks.
