Humanizerai Avis 

I upgraded to the Pro plan specifically because the pricing page states that API access is included with Pro. However, I was never able to generate an API key. My account showed an active Pro subscription, but the API page continued to say that API access required a Pro or Business plan. I contacted support four separate times and never received a response. Since I couldn't use the feature I paid for, I canceled my subscription. I hope the company improves its customer support and resolves these issues for future customers.

I tried contacting the support several times, no one would respond or handle my query over the subscription. It is a scam! DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY

* i paid for a monthly subscription, they didn’t provide the service — the humanization goes through, but the text doesn’t change; when it does change, it becomes more ai-generated than before
* i requested a refund, got no response after several days
* i contacted stripe, no refund is happening; wrote to the bank, the bank will most likely return it, but not a fact
* and the most interesting part is that i canceled the subscription, stripe promised it would remain active for the period i paid for, and you know what? i had 50k, but the plan changed immediately; so i ended up paying 30 dollars plus taxes for just five humanizations of a 1000-character text, which didn’t pass a single check, even on humanizerai.com itself — it’s just awful

You were right, the output was too close to the input on your run.
We found a pipeline bug today that affected ~13% of recent humanizations and shipped a fix.
Your screenshots made it easy to find. Thanks for that.
Refund typically lands in 5-10 business days.

I have to admit that this review is the reason I decided to build my own website: greentext.ai.

Just last week, I vibe-coded a built-in AI text humanizer, AI detector, AI grammar checker, and a few other tools directly into the AI model we use for text humanization.

So, in a way, I'm genuinely grateful for the way Humanizer AI treated me. Thank you for motivating me to stop relying on other platforms and build my own product instead.

Very worst experience
I have purchased the premium plan and it was working on the first day and later it is not even detect anything or giving me any support, even i have tried to reach the customer service but there is no response from the team
